A lost spark and the raging storm

Chapter 1 The rising storm

(2 years after the "raging storm")
Volts pov:

Volt- I woke up in a broken down old wooden shack as I began fully wake up I realized where I was   
I looked to my left to see my friend circuit still sleeping peacefully in the corner of the room

The jolteon began to stand up he wore a brown torn cloak around his back his fur was always messy and he wear cracked and scathed armor on his scruff tail head and paws   And two swords on each side of his body  

Volt- "eh I'll let him sleep a little longer.   I'll look for berries  while I wait"

I headed outside the broken down shack in search of circuits favorite berries Sitrus and tamato berries
I never really understood how he liked Tamato berries Anytime I ate one my mouth never stopped burning but I wasn't one to judge others

After about 30 minutes I managed to find 10 Sitrus berries and 3 tamato berries My favorites were Oran berries but sadly they didn't grow around here

As I returned home I noticed a few enraged electric types heading towards the shacks general direction I wondered why they were here and decided to watch them for a bit Drawing one of my swords in case they were to see me

As they made their way through the trees and bushes i heard one say something that immediately caught my attention

??? "I swear I saw something over here sir let's just keep looking"

It was rare to find multiple electric types working togethor I looked over towards a electivire he seemed to be the leader of the group

??? "There better be something here otherwise the boss will have all our heads!"

??? "Yes sir"

After hearing this I rushed back to the shack hoping they hadn't found it yet When I arrived there was no one there thankfully I quickly rushed inside to see circuit fully awake staring at me with a worried and confused expression in his face

Circuit: "Hey! You ok man you look like a mess?

Volt: "We gotta go Circuit theres a group of electrics on their way here now let's go come on!"

Circuit: "Seriously?! Crap ok let's go!"

Me and circuit took our chance to run from the scene in hopes nobody saw us little did we know we were being watched this whole time

          ??? Pov

"Sir we have found a run down shack just north from here"

???: "did you find anyone there?"

???: "no sir   However our scout claims to have spotted a jolteon running south from the Shack  accompanied by a pikachu we believe this might be the group you've been looking for"

???: "head south  search for them and bring them to me when you have found them I will deal with them myself.  I want the jolteon brought to me alive do what you want with the pikachu"

??? "Yes sir"

            Volt pov
Me and circuit have been running for a good hour or two  by now we were now in a ruined part of the forest   A place where lightning strikes constantly     Dead trees surrounded the area 

Volt: "I think *pant* we've gotten far enough for now.  Surely they won't find us"

Circuit: "Don't be too sure of yourself now you remember what happened last time"

Volt: " yeah yeah I know."

Circuit: "wait..    do you hear something?"

Volt: "no?"

Circuit: "Get down"

We hid behind a rock  as we peeked over I noticed a few electric types heading our way  with furious looks

Circuit: "Crap they've found us! We need to leave  Now!"

Volt: "Damnit!  How'd they find us already!?"

Circuit: "I don't know just run!"

I used shadow ball on a couple trees as we ran to slow down the charging electric types it slowed a few down   But some avoided the trees  
Eventually one caught up to me and slashed at my chest   It was painful and felt like it hit pretty deep but it wasn't going to stop me now  to get away and to run even faster i circled electricity through my fur and charged ahead I picked up circuit as I ran past him to make sure he didn't get left behind 

Circuit: "We're losin em! Keep going Volt!"

Volt: "doing my best here but I don't know how long I can keep this up for!"

Circuit: "we need to focus more on getting away first  who knows what will happen if they catch us!"

Volt: "Right"

We ran for another few minutes avoiding strikes of lightning  and attacks before we stumbled apon a rather large cliff side

The electric types caught up

???: "nowhere to go now eh?"

Circuit: "Volt jump"

Volt: "Are you crazy"

Circuit: "its our only chance  do it!"

??: "stop them!"

I acted fast and jumped down the cliff like circuit told me    We both had severe looks of fear on our faces   We fell for at-least a minute before we landed   I cushioned circuits landing but I was hurt pretty badly   I was surprised I survived  circuit was out cold  but alive thankfully

I tried to stand up even tho I was weak and hurt it was difficult as I noticed my two front paws had been injured to the point I could not move them without a sharp pain  but I was determined to find a safe place for circuit and I   We seemed to fall into a lush and green forest   Which is a nice change in comparison to where we used to live    I eventually found a small cave just big enough for us to fit I layer circuit down
And eventually I fell asleep aswell....
