Chapter 2 Finding light in the dark

Circuit pov
1 day later

When I woke up my head was aching from the recent events I easily recalled what had happened
Within the past day or so that's when I remembered

Circuit: "Volt!!"

Volt was sleeping on his side he was a bigger mess than ever he was bleeding on his side and he must've taken a big hit from the fall

Circuit: "That doesn't look good at all I need to find help!"

I rushed outside of the rocky cave entrance in search of somemon willing to help Volt it was a high risk knowing almost nobody would trust an electric type like me but I needed to try for volt

Circuit: "Hello!! Is anyone out there! I need help my friend is hurt!"

No response I traveled deeper into the forest only to be greeted by a angry Litten
The litten tried to hit me with ember But it was easy to avoid and quickly used thunder shock to paralyze it allowing me to get away

Circuit: "not the friendliest *hello* but I'll take what I can get"

As I paced through the forest it began to seem as if somemon was following me Every step I took was followed by the rustling of a nearby bush I ignored this for a while however my main focus was to find help for volt not to get distracted with wild mons

I was now fully sprinting through the forest I was getting impatient and restless I didn't want to wait any longer however as I was rushing through I didn't notice that I had ran right into a wolf 
A midnight form lycanrock This Mon was in no way pleased to see me As it bit down on my arm with crunch and threw me aside to a rock As it proceeded to use rock
throw I wanted to fight back but I just couldn't muster up the strength to stand any longer Thankfully it decided to back off after this

Circuit : (I guess it didn't see any reason to attack further I'm just going to rest here for a minute)

??? Pov

???: "cmon I know I heard something over here it sounded like a fight"

??: "why are we doing this you know we'll get in trouble if we're caught out here"

???: "because it's fun! Now cmon"

.....
???: this place looks untouched

??: "hey sis.."

???: "yeah?"

??: "is that what I think it is"

???: "wh-"

??: " it's a pikachu It looks like it got caught into a fight possibly the one you heard"

???: "yeah looks like"

??: " we should get going before it wakes up cmon"

???: "you go I'll catch up"

??: "ok just don't touch that electric type they're dangerous ok?"

???: "yeah ok"
??? (Hid behind the shrubbery and bushes and spied on the electric type)

Circuits pov

After a while I woke up
I was fairly dizzy and weak from that lycanroc

Circuit: "It's always the dark types that are so unnecessarily aggressive"

I stood up Took a glance at my surroundings and paced back in the direction where Volt was at
A look of disappointment and worry submerged my face as I made my way back what will I do now how do I help Volt

Clover pov

???= clover the leafeon

I watched as the pikachu took off in a hurry I was curious as to what it was doing
Here so I followed it all the way back to a small enclosed cave he seemed worried about something and it looked like he was talking to someone whilst inside the cave

The pikachu eventually left the cave again I waited until he was out of sight to enter the cave

I entered the cave to take see a wounded jolteon on the ground
He was covered in weird metal objects it was very strange
He seemed to also be bleeding on his side    It was bleeding bad I was kind of worried
He was fast asleep and breathing heavily

I took a step backwards about ready to leave the cave but when I turned around I noticed another electric Pokémon just outside the cave entrance it wasn't the pikachu from before I didn't know what this was it lunged at me preparing to attack in reaction to this I accidentally let out a loud pitched scream

Clover (this is the end clover you should've just minded your own business now your gonna die your so stupid!)

I closed my eyes accepting that it was the end Until I heard a strange noise

*Zzzzaaap* *Thud*

Slowly opened my eyes to see myself to be untouched not a scratch on me I was so happy
I turned quickly to see what had happened Outside the cave I saw the attacking Pokémon fleeing from the scene and to my right I noticed another Pokémon

there stood the same jolteon wounded and weak a large slash across his chest it was easier to see now that he was standing straight   The wound was deep and looked painful he stood for mere moments before collapsing back onto the ground
*thud*

Clover (did he protect me... Why didn't he attack me too Everyone says that electric type Pokémon are evil and violent but this one attacked another electric type and left me)

I found myself on the ground shortly after being tackled by a familiar pikachu once again I was shrouded in fear

Circuit: "Who are you and what do you want!!"

Volt: "circuit.. calm down. They mean no harm..."

Circuit still covered in sparks and lightning tilts his head over to the jolteon confused by these words

Circuit: "But all that noise I heard all of it! If it wasn't this leafeon then who!"

Volt: "A member of our old friend. You may let the leafeon go now"

Circuit slowly loosened his grip on me Still not trusting me he kept a close eye on me anytime he could

Volts pov

Volt: "Hey leafeon... come over here I'd like to ask you a few questions"

Clover cautiously crawled over to volt and stood beside him

Volt: "you seem awfully brave following a wild electric type back to its cave... what's your name?"

Clover: "m-my name is C-Clover"

Volt: "Clover? That's a nice name it suits a grass type well too. Nice to meet ya clover my name is Volt and Mr grumps over there is named circuit"

Clover: "it's nice to meet you too volt sorry I followed circuit back here I was curious and let my head get ahead of me"

Volt: "no trouble at all haha your lucky you scream loud"

??? Pov

???: "Sir we've lost them they jumped off the cliff down to solar woods"

???: "our scout reports a leafeon was with them"

????: "tell everyone to take the path down to Solar woods we'll find those two eventually we won't stop until we do got that!"

???: "yes sir I will assemble a search team now"

????: ".....pathetic"
