Atlas' POV

As I caught sight of Trevor in the bustling campus hallway, I couldn't help but feel a mix of nervousness and anticipation swirling within me. This was the moment I had been building up to, the moment I would finally bare my heart to him. With every step closer, my mind raced with a thousand thoughts, each one competing for attention.

"Hey, Trevor," I called out, my voice betraying a hint of anxiety. "Can we talk? It's important."

Trevor's brow furrowed, his impatience evident as he looked at me. "Yeah, sure, but can it wait? I'm kind of in a hurry."

I shook my head, knowing that delaying this conversation would only prolong my internal turmoil. "No, Trevor, it can't wait. Please, just come with me."

With a sigh, he relented, his curiosity piqued as he followed me towards the supply closet. The dimly lit space offered a semblance of privacy, shielding us from prying eyes and providing a sense of intimacy.

As we stood face to face, the tension in the air was palpable. My heart pounded in my chest, threatening to drown out my voice. Taking a deep breath, I finally found the courage to speak my truth.

"Trevor, there's something I need to tell you," I began, my voice wavering with vulnerability. "I've been struggling with these feelings for a while now, and I can't keep them hidden anymore."

Trevor's gaze softened, curiosity giving way to concern. "What is it, Atlas? You're starting to worry me."

I took a moment to steady myself, gathering my thoughts before continuing. "I... I think I have feelings for you, Trevor. More than just friendship. I know it's confusing, and I've been wrestling with it myself. But when we shared that kiss the other night, it made me realize that these feelings are real."

Silence hung in the air, the weight of my confession echoing through the cramped space. Trevor's eyes widened in surprise, his lips parting as he struggled to find the right words.

"You... you feel the same way?" I stammered, searching his eyes for a glimmer of understanding.

A shy smile tugged at the corners of Trevor's lips, his voice barely above a whisper. "Atlas, I've been trying to deny it, but I can't. I've been feeling the same way, and that kiss, it made me realize that I can't ignore these emotions any longer."

Relief washed over me, mingling with the surge of joy that filled my heart. Without hesitation, I closed the gap between us, my lips meeting Trevor's in a tender kiss. In that moment, the world around us faded away, leaving only the electrifying connection between us.

Breaking the kiss, we gazed into each other's eyes, a mixture of awe, excitement, and apprehension swirling in the air. We knew that this journey was just beginning, and that it wouldn't be without its challenges.
