The sound of the alarm going off woke Madeline off. She groaned as she knocked it off, she rolled over into nova. Both of them there from the night before and half asleep. Nova had crashed in bed with her

"I'm so tired" Madeline groaned as nova chuckled as she lay on her chest

"After last night I'm not surprised. You were puking half the night" she said as Madeline sat up and looked to her

"Why did you let me drink so much I have pre-rounds." Madeline said

"I can't be bothered" nova asked as she sat up

"You and me both" Madeline said. She rested a hand on her stomach and smiled. She knew that she had got drunk to try and distract herself from mark but now she was regretting it

Madeline walked into the kitchen as she saw George and izzie

"Hi. Good morning" nova said

"Morning. Hey, so it sounded like you were having some pretty radical sex last night, all night long. Who was the guy?" Izzie asked. Madeline frowned as she realised that nova was with derek before crashing with her in bed

"no one you know" nova said as she sat at the table flicking through a magazine

"What's the matter Isobel? Jealous are we?" Madeline asked as izzie looked to her and glared

"Shut up Maddie"

"What the fuck did you call me. Miss strips down to her underwear" Madeline said as she stood up and went for izzie

"Mads stop" nova said as she grabbed her sisters arm and pulled her back

"She will need surgery when I am done with her. Only my mother calls me Maddie and a certain someone" Madeline said knowing that she meant mark

"And I bet she is proud." izzie spat

"I will kill her" Madeline spat

"Izzie come on" George said as he lead her off as nova looked to Madeline

"She's not worth it"

"Wait until she learns my brother kept us up all night. I don't like her and if she comments on you again I will kill her" Madeline said as nova looked to her and smiled

"We're late. Let's go" nova said.

Madeline got to the hospital and stood in the car park as she saw Meredith

"Where were you" Madeline asked Meredith smirked

"No where" she said as she looked to her friend

"Liar"

"All you need to know is I'm happy"

"What's his name" Madeline asked as Meredith rolled her eyes

"Your so annoying"

"What are friends for. As long as you are happy so am I" Madeline said as Meredith smiled
