With the knife buried deep into Blaze's stomach, he staggers backwards.
I walk closer wanting to remove the blade stuck in his abdomen, but his reflexes is still to fast.
His fist clench around my forearm in an instant. He yanks hard, pulling my arm forward and down until I'm off balance and toppling toward him. Bringing our faces an inch apart. I don't know why but I look up at him embarrassed.
"That was a very cute move on your part little crow." He says unamused releasing my arm.
"I can't believe you fucking stabbed me!"
"Wat? You kept going on and on that I should! Now you have a problem with it?" I take a deep breath in, and then exhale, trying to calm myself before I do something worst than stab him again. "Blaze, I need to remove the knife."
"No! You are fucking crazy woman!"
"Gods you can be so stubborn! If you want me to remove the curse I need to remove the damn knife from your stomach and clean it first!"
He huffs out in frustration. "Clean it then!" He demands.
I nod and walk over to one of his nightstands reaching for the alcohol decanter, as he storms off to the bathroom. I step inside and find him already sitting on top of the counter next to the basin.
I dab the whiskey soaked cotton ball on his wound around the knife.
"Hold on to something this is going to hurt." I whisper to him softly as I grasp the handle of the knife. And then he goes and surprize me by grabbing onto my waist -And pulls me so close I'm standing between his legs. He then places his head in the crook of my neck, and his warm breath shoots Goosebumps all over my body.
"Just do it." He breathes softly into my neck. I hum an okay and slowly pull the knife out, causing him to hiss in pain, and his grip on my waist tightens.
""Ssss""
"What is he doing to me?" Admit it..." I tell him, trying my best to distract him. "You like this."
"I do not!" He says, and when I turn my gaze away from the knife in his stomach, I look at him.
~~~~Blaze: POV~~~~
She catches me staring at her as she holds the wound closed with a whiskey dabbed cotton.
"What?" She says as a small smile nips at the corners of her perfect lips.
I lick my own lips feeling my smile expanding, I shake my head at first, but then the words come easy.
"It just dawned on me that when I look at you, it means that I'm looking at my wife."
She can't control herself.
"Stop it ... I can't." She laughs, and that makes me laugh.
"You know how long I tried to escape you?" She shakes her head slowly as her laughter dies down.
