Backstory - Lillie was raised in New York and had a very loving mother and father but she never got to explore outside the property, her parents being very concerned that she may encounter the wrong kind of people. Lillie was mostly homeschooled and even learned how to make all sorts of pretty pieces of art thanks to her mother's side of the family. After a few months, an unfortunate house fire broke out and Lillie was taken to safety but her parents perished in the fire which she had witnessed, traumatizing the poor child, Lillie was then admitted to an orphanage where she tends to escape now and then as she is often considered a 'runaway child.' She then had a run-in with the Purple Dragons who took the child in under their wing, they mainly used Lillie's size and silent detection for her to steal parts for them. One night she bumps into April, who grows frightened at her at first but when she realizes that April isn't not a potential threat, she hesitantly accepts her help and is eventually introduced to the turtles who she considers her family even if they aren't blood related.

How she sees the Guys/April Raph - She thinks of him as the strongest big brother but with a very caring heart, she can often be seen holding onto him and riding around on his Shell/shoulders now and then
Leo - She LOVES his jokes and will laugh whenever he pranks or jokes on his brothers, occasionally she will try and use his Ōdachi/Twin Katanas but can't lift them up so she'll put stickers on them
Mikey - She loves to hang out with him since he has the same creative mind as her, she can be seen drawing with him or putting stickers and such on his shell, she even makes drawings of him to admire how amazing he is
Donnie - She found him scary at first due to what the dragons told her about him but after some time, she found him to be very funny and smart, she's more attached to him (much to Donnie's dismay), she'll help him by handing him tools he needs and even gets to play with little gadgets he makes
April - She thinks of her as a big sister/mother figure and will hide behind her, but she also shows her all the amazing art pieces she makes for her
