Kooky had slowly drifted awake, yet as he looked around
Nothing was there.
Everything was… gone
Everything was dark as if his eyes were closed but he could still look around and see themself perfectly.
It felt like there was nothing, but yet there was everything. Whenever he looked down, or at himself in any way it looked smeared and blurry like a pair of dirty goggles or dirty glasses, yet everything was so much brighter than before.
Kooky huffed, looking around, everything felt so stuffy… he felt light headed. Yet he felt fine at the same time.
Kooky decided to go look around, try and see what was going on,
"Uh… Ludwig?" He called out into the dark…
No response.
Kooky kept walking, holding one of their hands out as an attempt to see where they were going,
"Hello?" Kooky called out again,
There was laughter, it sounded like it was right behind him but when he turned around…
Nothing.
"Who's there?"
Yet again, no response.
"Stop messing around!" Kooky called out again, and the laughter had come back again. Kooky had tried their best to follow it through the dark, but it sounded like it was everywhere.
Yet he was still alone.
As everything went black, even the faint vision he had… a faint voice called out "Kooky? You alright there?" A familiar voice spoke.
Kooky slowly opened his eyes drowsily.
Ludwig stood not far from him just in the doorway to the bathroom, his hair brushed neatly as it was yesterday.
Kooky huffed and rolled over.
"I woke you up huh?" Ludwig chuckled, leaning on the doorway, hair brush in his hand. "It's like… 7:23 kiddo, you're gonna miss breakfast." He continued.
"Hmph." Kooky huffed,
"Bad dream huh?" Ludwig sighed, Kooky just nodded, sitting up, "Wanna talk about it?" Ludwig asked as Kooky yawned, shaking his head and standing up. Ludwig. Just shrugged, "Well if you ever want to, just say something."
"Now get up otherwise you're gonna miss breakfast." Ludwig chuckled, "Oh also, later we're going shopping to get you some actual clothes." He continued, "I know." Kooky stood up walking over to Ludwig, "Wendy's coming too, so is her friend Pom Pom." Ludwig talked as he walked over to his dresser, pulling out an old shirt for Kooky to wear, "why can't Iggy come?" Kooky tilted his head slightly, Ludwig handed him a shirt to wear for today,
"Because Iggy is the kind of person to try and convince me into taking you into a Spencer's." Ludwig huffed with a chuckle,
"...what's that?" Kooky continued to question,
"A place where you are not going." Ludwig continued,
"Why not?" Kooky asked,
"Because I'm your chaperone and I said.so Kooks." Ludwig huffed, "Now go get ready before you make us both late for bre-" but when Ludwig looked back at Kooky he was already in the shirt.
