Author's POV:
"Kya mai, ap, voh voh kar rahi hain be clear Miraal" said Meesum impatiently. Miraal took a long breath and blurted out "Ap mujhe sara waqt daantte hain vo bhi sabke samne chahe university ho ya ghar. Mai nahi chahti mera shohar sara waqt mujhe daante".
Her reason for denying to marry took him off guard causing him to chuckle where as Miraal was staring at him as if he has gone mad because who would chuckle after knowing the reason they are getting rejected.
"Meeru mai apko apke ache ke liye hi daantta hun, koi dushman thori hun apka, ap se pyar karta hun aur chahta hun ke ye pyar karne ka haq sirf mujhe hi miley" his confession made her moved as well as she felt overwhelmed.
He stopped for a second or so to see if she's listening him or not and continued "Mai jaanta hun humari shaadi aur engagement bohat jaldi ho rahi hai lekin I promise I would never let you regret your decision of marrying me. Baqi akhri faisla apka hoga aur kuch uske against nahi hoga" he said last line holding her hand and squeezing it in a comforting manner.
She looked in his eyes and stated hesitantly "Mai apna faisla apko batadungi lekin us se pehle apko mujhse kuch waade karne hongey"
Meesum's face had an amusing expression when he heard her but nevertheless he agreed her to tell him her conditions.
"1. Ap mujhe daante gey nahi
2. Ap vo us Minahil se baat nahi kareingey vo university mei sabko kehti hai ke ap dono ek dusre ko secretly Pasand krte hain.
3. Ap meri assignments mei help kareingey
4. Ap mujhe apne lecture mei sabke samne zaleel nahi kareingey, saray log mazak urate hain yaar.
5. Ap ye saray namuno ko mujhe tang karne se rokein gey.
6. Ap mujhe subah subah nahi uthaye gey.
7. Ap mujh pe apni marzi nahi chalaye gey.
8. Ap mujhe her weekend ko bahar dinner pe lejaye gey.
9. Ap mujhe har roz university se wapsi mei ice cream khilayeingey.
10. Ap mujhe parhne ke liye pressurize nahi kareingey."
"Bas itni si? Thori 6-7 aur conditions toh batao. Itne se kya hona" He can't help himself being sarcastic after listening to her.
"Haina mujhe bhi yehi laga lekin abhi yaad nahi arahi toh bas itna hi bol diya, add kardungi kuch time mei aur. Acha ab baatein na banaye aur waada karein in sab ka, phir mai shaadi ka sochungi"replied Miraal not able to understand his sarcasm.
Meesum took a long sigh before taking her to couch present in his room and made her sit on "Miraal dekh mai apko na daantne ka waada toh nahi kar sakta magar apki har ghalti ko apke saath milkey theek karne ka waada zaroor karta hun. Aur apko kisi se insecure hone ki zaroorat nahi hai, Minahil ka jhoot sabko pata lag jayega jab meri shaadi hogi, I mean humari. Aur mujhe apki baqi sari shart manzoor hain. Mai waada karta hun jo jo cheez ap ne boli hai shaadi ke baad vo puri karne ki har koshish karunga, ap bas mujh pe trust karein, aur sahi se sochke mujhe apna decision bataye"
After listening to his words Miraal fell in deep thoughts and Meesum let her think because he didn't wanted her to take a decision which she will regret later.

Outside Meesum's room:
Ruhail, Younas, Alina, Aira, Hamna, Huzaifa, Bijaan and Rubab were trying hard to hear something from inside but the soundproof door and walls of Meesum's room were making all their efforts go in vein.
"Aray Bijaan ap toh hato mujhe bhi apna kaan lagana hai" Whispered Huzaifa but was scolded from her "Chup kar khotay da putar, mainu dehaan naal sunne de ki gal ho rahi andar".
Alina rolled her eyes at him and again pressed her ear with door but this time Younas came and pulled a single hair from her long brown hair which were tied in a bun.
She snapped her face towards him with an irritated expression on her face and said"stchhh kya masla hai apke saath?". "Kya masla? Koi masla nahi hai "said Younas as if he wasn't the one pulling her hair.
"Aur ye tum yahan kya kar rahi ho, hato yahan se bacho ka koi kaam nahi hai idher" Younas said to provoke her more and he got successful after hearing her reply full of irritation "Koi bachi nahi hun mai I am 23 years old, a legal adult, mere pas National Identity Card bhi hai" she said last line being proud.
"Toh bache Nadra walo ko thori pata tha ke tum dimagh se 13 saal ki bachi hi ho, agar pata hota toh kabhi nahi banate tumhara card" Younas said only to get ignored by her this time as she was fully focused on trying to hear what's going on inside.

Hamna felt someone's beard poking in her cheeks and she knew they belonged to Ruhail as he was deliberately trying to seek her attention to which she blushed furiously but ignored him and turned her face. Ruhail smiled slightly as he saw her cute gesture.
No one from her siblings was giving Aira some space to fit in so she could be included so she heavily sighed and went to the window of Meesum's room which was in the corridor.
Whereas Rubab shock her head seeing everyone's childishness and left the spot.

Outside the window of Meesum's room:
Aira was pressing her ear trying to listen even a word from inside with full concentration when someone from her back asked in a deep voice "Itne ghor se kya sun rahi ho?". "Aray shhh sunne dein bhaiya aur Miraal kya baat kar rahe" Aira didn't noticed who the person was until he scolded her in his stern voice holding her elbow ready to drag her "Aira kisi ki baatein sunna buri baat hoti hai chalo idher se"
"Aray Musa sunne dein na please " she said making puppy face to Musa who just came from his office and saw her standing in corridor.
"Aisi shakal banane se ghalat harkat theek nahi hoti Aira. Chaliye yahan se" And our Aira was forced to leave the window while murmuring "Inka hukam bas mujh pe hi chalta hai kisi aur ko toh kuch kehte hi nahi hain lagta hai Nikkah hone ki saza de rahe hain" but to her luck Musa heard this and pinned her to the nearest wall before saying"..
