The next day arrived, and m/n found himself assigned to several S-rank missions by the Hokage. After leaving the Hokage's office,

"Now, this should be some fun"

he straightened his back with confidence and teleported near the gates of Konoha.

However, to his surprise, Kakashi suddenly appeared right in front of him. Despite Kakashi's presence, m/n remained unfazed.

"What do you want, Kakashi?" m/n spoke in a cold and intimidating voice. Kakashi swallowed nervously, feeling a hint of unease.

"May I join you on your mission?" Kakashi asked, his voice filled with hesitation.

m/n observed Kakashi for a moment before responding.

"All of these missions are S-rank. Are you sure you're willing to come?" m/n questioned.

Kakashi was taken back.

Here was m/n, who had recently become a Jonin, taking on such high-level missions, while Kakashi himself had yet to experience one.

After a brief moment of contemplation, Kakashi mustered his determination.

"Yes, I'm willing to join you. Does that mean I'm allowed?" Kakashi asked, seeking confirmation. m/n nodded, giving Kakashi a subtle signal to follow him.

As they set off on their S-rank missions together, Kakashi felt a mix of excitement and trepidation.

As they leaped from tree to tree, m/n began to speak, revealing the nature of their mission.

"We are supposed to attack the Sand Village, and I've been ordered to eliminate their Hokage," m/n stated with a lack of enthusiasm. However, m/n had no intention of heading to the Sand Village just yet.

Instead, they veered in a different direction, leading them to a picturesque waterfall spot.

Kakashi was captivated by the beauty of the location and couldn't help but inquire,

"Aren't we supposed to be heading to the Sand Village?"

m/n glanced at him, offering a slight smile, and replied in a calm tone,

"The Hokage has given me a two-year timeframe to complete this mission. So, I have plenty of time." It was clear that m/n had no rush to reach their destination.

Sitting down on a large stone, m/n invited Kakashi to join them, and Kakashi obliged. However, his concern for m/n's well-being couldn't be contained. He asked,

"M/n... won't your parents be worried about you going on an S-rank mission? Did you even inform them about it?" Kakashi's tone was filled with genuine concern.

M/n's smile widened as they contemplated Kakashi's question.

"Worried, huh? I highly doubt it. My parents have always expected greatness from me as their sole heir. If they were to learn that I embarked on an S-rank mission alone, they would probably feel proud rather than worried. They believe in my abilities and are likely unfazed by the idea that I may not return for one or two years," m/n explained.

Kakashi couldn't help but feel a mix of admiration and curiosity toward m/n's family dynamics.

An idea suddenly struck M/n's mind, and a mischievous grin appeared on his face. He turned to Kakashi and asked,

"Kakashi, would you like to enter my inner world and meet Kaguya and Hagoromo Otsutsuki?" Kakashi's eyes widened in disbelief but also curiosity.

"You mean the legendary shinobi Kaguya and Hagoromo are inside you?" Kakashi questioned, trying to make sense of the situation.
