once we arrived back to their house chris grabbed a can of pepsi. "i'm tired" i say. "you can sleep in my room if you want" matt replies. "are you sure?" i ask. "yes of course" matt responds softly. he brings me to his room and shows me to the bed. "ill sleep on the couch" he says. "you can stay if you want" i reply. i sit on the bed as matt hops up beside me. i lay back and ask matt if we can watch outer banks. he puts it on as i begin to fall asleep. i didn't even realise that at this point i was laying in matts arms, but i felt safe and comforted. when i woke up in the morning i was still laying in his arms. he didn't notice that i was awake, he was playing with my hair gently.
