Kiara from Lion King 2 and Shere Khan from The Jungle Book.
It could only work in an alternate reality where he isn't evil or it could be like in Lion King 2, and Shere Khan gives up being evil after falling in love with Kiara. But even then I can't really see them being in a romantic relationship.
