[City of Vale's upper class living, about 1 week before the events of RWBY] [Karson POV]
**Inside an undisclosed building, in an unknown location, resides Karson, sitting in her office. In said office is some rather astonishing equipment, while the desk seems fairly normal, there is also a second desk, with a hard light display in the shape of a map of Vale's cities, with four hardlight figures being shown clearing buildings and moving to eliminate a local gang in Vale's richer side of town. Reports coming through her office's radio to notify her of the team's progress as the figures move across the holographic table. Karson being referred to on the radio as "Nevermore" by the four, to which she responds in kind by identifying them all with codenames. Nevermore gets a few messages as she reads them to herself, still listening to the radio as they begin clearing the final level.**
"Raven Lead": [Nevermore, Raven. We're pushing into the armory now.]
Nevermore: *looking back at the display, seeing that their intel tells them there should be several dozen rifles, blades, and dust storage inside. Moving towards the holographic display as she presses the comms button.* Nevermore copies. Be careful in there, intel suggests that there's a lot of dust inside. Could cause a chain reaction if you hit any.
"Raven Lead": [Copy that, Nevermore. Arma, watch our backs and make sure we're not ambushed.]
"Arma": *Nevermore reading one of the more recent missions they've been given, a raised eyebrow as she pins it and focuses on the mission.* [Copy that, Lead.]
"Vixen": *a suppressed crash being heard.* [Breach, breach, breach!]
"Nova": [Moving!]
**Gunfire being heard on the radio as targets light up on the hardlight, before going out just as quickly.**
"Raven Lead": [Nevermore, Raven. Targets eliminated, Armory is secured.]
Nevermore: *a small smile forming on her face as she looks at the display again, enlarging the display so only the building is visible.* Acknowledged Raven. Target should be at the end of the hallway. Move in to engage and secure the Seller.]
"Raven Lead": *the four hardlight figures moving away from the armory and down the hall. Weapons at the ready.* [Acknowledged, Nevermore. Moving in to secure the target.]
Arma: [Seems a bit light on the security, eh boss?]
"Vixen": *snark clearly in her tone.* [You shot, what, twenty guys yourself?]
"Arma": *As the group prepares to breach, he stands in front of the door with Nova and Raven Lead on the left and Vixen on the right.* [Twenty-Five.]
"Raven Lead": *snapping back quickly.* [Cut the chatter, you two. Breaching in three.] *a loud crash is heard, followed quickly by more gunfire as the team is shown moving into the building.* [Secure her!]
Nevermore: *arms crossed as she notes the markings in the room. Seven red marks all behind cover, with a yellow mark cowering in the corner, with two blue markings inside the room, and two more in the door's opening to provide covering fire.* Raven, Target is in the left corner, do not shoot. I repeat, do not kill the target.
"Raven Lead": *two three of the seven red marks being removed, followed by two more as the remaining two try to back up.* [Copy! Moving to secure the target!]
**In one swift motion the two remaining red marks are eliminated, causing the yellow mark to begin moving from the target and into the nearest blue marking.**
Nevermore: *eyebrow raised as she watches it happen.*
"Raven Lead": *grunting as he speaks.* [Nevermore, Raven. Target is acquired and we are ready to move.]
