JAMES POTTER loved Lily Evans, at least thats what he told himself. Up until the moment he first laid eyes on her, did he finally realise that maybe he was wrong. Niklaus helped him realise that he was worth more than he believed, and if he spent his entire life pining after one girl he would get no were. James helped her realise that she was capable of love and it wasn't a bad feeling.
PEOPLE ONLY SEE YOU AS A MONSTER because you don't let them in- they don't understand you and that scares them. James saw past that. He looked Niklaus in the eyes and saw a girl who need someone to love her for her.
