A/n: How to Start a Dragon Academy Part 1

Meryl and Goofball were waiting for Hiccup and Toothless on a sea stack with Astrid, Fishlegs, Snotlout, Ruffnut, Tuffnut and their dragons. Meryl was holding a satchel that was holding the egg, that she had taken in, inside. Hiccup and Toothless then landed on the sea stack next to Meryl and Goofball.
Hiccup: Okay, guys. Best Trick Competition. Who's up first?
Fishlegs: Uh-
Snotlout: Me!
Fishlegs: Actually, I think it's-
Snotlout: Me!
Astrid: Sweet baby Thor in a thunderstorm, GO!
Meryl: Before I light you on fire.
Snotlout: Oh, don't worry, we'll go. And when we go, Hookfang and I are gonna light the sky on-
Hookfang plummets off the sea stack, scaring an unprepared Snotlout. Meryl smiled as she and the others watched Hookfang pull off many stunts, scaring his already terrified rider into almost wetting himself.
Hiccup: ( noticed that Meryl was carrying a satchel ) Uh, Mery, what's in the satchel?
Fishlegs: Yeah, we were wondering that as well, but you wouldn't tell us, Meryl.
Meryl: Just a little surprise that me and Goofball found. I'll show you guys later, just come by my wooden nest.
Fishlegs: ( nicely: ) It's called a hut, Meryl.
Meryl: I know. I just like wooden nest better.
Hookfang circles back around and lands back on the sea stack with a thud.
Snotlout: I'm alive...? I'm alive! Of course I am.
Fishlegs: It's my turn! Ready, Meatlug? Here we go.
Meatlug takes off, flies around in a simple circle, then lands back.
Fishlegs: Yes! New personal best!
Ruffnut: My turn!
Tuffnut: No, my turn!
Hiccup: Guys, same dragon.
Tuffnut: Oh, right.
Meryl chuckled as the twins' Zippleback Barf and Belch take off.
Meryl: They always forget they are on the same dragon.
Then the Twins begin to argue on which way they should go, which resulted in them narrowly miss colliding into another sea stack. Barf and Belch suddenly fling the twins off their necks and high into the air. Meryl couldn't hear what Tuffnut was screaming. Barf and Belch then catch the twins before they can go splat, then flung them up, and back onto their necks. They then land on the sea stack.
Ruffnut: We almost died!
Tuffnut: Yeah, I know...go again?!
