Chapter 59

After the meeting as everyone who came was just now chatting you pull Remus out of conversation with people

"Hmm? Darling?" Remus says confused as you were holding your baby bump as your eyes were wide as your breathing changed

"Remus don't you dare freak out or in Merlin's name I'm going to strangle you when this is over but my water broke." You say knowing how anxious Remus has been and if he freaks out and doesn't get you to the hospital right away you swear, but Remus nods as he takes a deep breath

"Okay uh yeah we gotta go now." Remus says as everyone was shocked at what you said and Molly helped you up with Remus as Molly asked someone to grab your things as they apperate to get you to the hospital

When you got to the hospital and was brought to a room just as your contractions started to get worse

Molly and whoever grabbed your stuff and the baby stuff from the house sat in the waiting room as Remus was beside you holding your hand

"Your going to do great." Remus says kissing your hand and you smile at him as you groan in pain

"This is going to hurt so much." You say as you weren't even in labour yet and you were already in so much pain

"I bet but I believe in you." Remus says and you smile at him as he kisses your cheek 'in who knows how many more hours me and y/n are finally going to be parents I can't wait for this to be over and to be able to hold him or her.' Remus thinks as he rubs your baby bump and kisses it

As hours passed you were finally in labour

"Okay darling push you can do it." Remus says as you were sweaty and exhausted from pushing for almost an hour already

"Remus." You say squeezing his hand as he caressed your cheek

"I'm going to be right beside you the whole time don't worry my love, your doing great." Remus says as he kisses you and you kiss him back

Pulling away to let out another scream of pain as you had to start pushing again

The healers here were telling you how your almost done and you hope that's true

"I think I lost feeling in my hand." Remus says as you were squeezing so tightly as you push again

"You think your in pain!" You say glaring at him and he shakes his head

"No darling your in more." Remus says as he then looks over at a healer who says to keep pushing as they see the babies head

Remus kisses your sweaty hand

"We're almost there y/n you can do it." Remus says as you were so tired and exhausted but keep pushing as the healers tell you to and Remus just being there encouraging you and kissing your hand

Finally after pushing again and you fall back into the bed you hear crying and Remus' head whipped over to the healer who was holding a very bloody baby who was suddenly on your chest as you smiled

"You did it darling you did it." Remus says kissing your face over and over again praising you for doing so well

After a bit the healer takes the baby to clean them up and Remus just holds your hand as you were smiling but exhausted

"How are you feeling?" Remus asks and you look over

"Calm that's really it not as tired as I thought I'd be." You say and Remus smiles

"We finally have our child." Remus says as he was crying since he heard the little cries he couldn't help it so many years he wished for one for you but his stupid curse kept him from experiencing this joy

It was a lot for him to know that he finally had a kid

When the healer came back Remus got to hold the baby

"Here she is." The healer says and Remus takes the little baby bundled up in blankets who was now fast asleep and he just felt so much joy run through him

'I'm a father I can't believe this I have a daughter.' Remus thinks as he stares down at his daughter

Remus looks up at you as the tiredness was finally hitting you he then looks back down at the little girl and smiles so happily, you and him made this together
