☆Inside Out (Part 2)

Plot: Kris finally tells the group about their little friends

Kris awoke the next morning, the sun peaking through the curtains and the quiet chatter of a few of their little "friends" rattling through their head. They quickly recognize Radiance's calm and quiet tone followed by Sans' chilled out and soothing voice. It seemed they were the only two awake aside from Gaster. This posed for a good situation, this would give Kris enough time to get to Castle Town before they started up again. It would b better if things were quiet while they tried to explain things to Ralsei.

Inside their mind, things were particularly quiet. Sans and Radiance were indeed sitting on the couch together entertaining each other with insightful conversation while Toby napped on Sans' lap, Gaster found a new place to roam on the ceiling (nobody would be able to notice him unless the saw him crawl up there), Chara was asleep leaning against the wall with Lancers head in their lap as he slept as well, Soul floated above them, Steve was asleep on the other side of the room, Twitch Chat was oddly quiet, and Flowey was nowhere in sight.

With the help of the silence in their head, Kris effortlessly made it to Castle Town where they quickly noticed Ralsei, Susie, and Noelle. Noelle was fairly new to Castle Town, as she had only came by once, but she seemed happy to be there.

They walked over to the group and waved, earning greetings from each of them, but Ralsei could easily tell that they needed to talk about something.

"One moment guys, I need to give Kris their new polished sword!" Ralsei said, grabbing Kris' hand and dragging them off before Susie or Noelle could notice that Kris still had their sword firmly attached to them.

"Woah, Ralsei, what's with the sudden dragging me away?" Kris asked before they realized that Ralsei knew that they wanted to talk. "Oh, yeah. I keep forgetting that you're extremely insightful."

"Precisely! Now, what seems to be the problem?" Ralsei asked.

Kris rubbed the back of their neck, "Well there is something I've been meaning to tell you. I have a little issue. You see there...um...is kinda a bunch of people living in my head that can take control of my body whenever they want."

As they explained everything and Ralsei beginning to freak out a bit, things in their mind began to pick up a bit again. Steve was awake, cowering in the corner. He felt as though he was being stared at, which wasn't entirely unlikely as Gaster was enjoying staring at Steve from the ceiling. Chara awoke shortly after, realizing that Lancer was sleeping on them and threw him off of them. The ruckus awoke Soul, immediately starting an argument between it and Chara.

Chaos unfolded, everyone was basically yelling or making some type of noise which was going Kris a major headache.

"You can't just throw Lancer!" Soul yelled.

"I can do whatever the hell I want you stupid floating organ!" Chara yelled back as Lancer was just laughing from being stuck in the wall with Twitch Chat laughing at him.

"Chara we can't end up accidentally killing someone! We don't know what it could do to the vessel!" Flowey said when he appeared out of nowhere.

"I don't give a damn!"

"Guys I swear someone is gonna kill me or something!" Steve called out, the intense feeling just increasing.

"Dad! You're scaring him!" Sans said, using his magic to launch Gaster back to he ground and basically turn into a puddle of black goop when he hit the ground. Toby attempted to eat the goop but Sans used magic to move him over to where Steve sat.

Radiance rolled her eyes and looked at the "screen" in front of her, the screen being Kris' eyes. "Uh guys, we may have a little problem!" She yelled out, causing everyone to shut up and look over where she was.

Ralsei, Susie, and Noelle were freaking out, thinking that Kris was being possessed by some kind of demons as Kris tried to explain that it wasn't like that. But this didn't seem like it was going to end well, and now it left Kris with only one other option.

"Radiance, can I have a little help please?"

Almost immediately, Radiance took control, opening her eyes and seeing the scared and shocked faces of Kris' friends.

"Susie, lay down your weapon. I mean you no harm. I think Kris just wanted to explain their situation. This is strange for all of us. The fact is, none of us know how we got into Kris' head," She said, her voice calm.

Nobody knew how to react, and the area was quiet for a moment until Noelle spoke. "How many of you are there?"

Radiance chuckled, "too many. But none of them pose harm to Kris. If a couple of them took control there would be more of a problem for the rest of you. But Kris is a fighter, they wouldn't let that happen."

Ralsei swallowed the lump in his throat, "are they going to be okay with all of you?"

"Of course. I think they only decided to tell you all because they just want your support, they are tired of hiding it."

Kris, who is watching from inside their own head, had tears in their eyes. Radiance truly knew more than she let on and the calmer looks on their friends faces really made them feel welcome and comforted.

"Hey Radiance, I think I'm ready to come back now," Kris said. Radiance bid the trio farewell before returning to Kris' mind. Sans smiled at her, telling her that she did good before returning to the problems at hand with Chara and Soul.

Kris looked back at their friends, nobody speaking or moving for a while until Ralsei engulfed Kris in a hug, Noelle and Susie joining afterwards. Kris was happy that they accepted them, and they felt as though things would be better now. They wouldn't have to deal with this alone, and that in itself was comforting.
