Judas

You came like the endearing sunshine,
Bought rainbows and cobalt hues,
Parched my heart, embraced you with glory,
Didn't think twice, put all rationality aside.
But,
In disguise, you were the brutus of life,
You left me bluming with the promise of a yellow sky,
Unwitting this self, clueless to all foul play,
I danced in the tempest, only to be left in the storm.
You are the judas to my christ, who left me to perish,
Kiss or no kiss.
