There's plenty of upside to being the spawn of the fabulously wealthy. But the downside? Super successful parents expect nothing less from their offspring. And when it comes to college, that means the Ivies. It's more than just getting into college, it's setting a course for the rest of your life. And for those few who aren't legacies? The pressures are no less. When parents have sacrificed for their children's futures, what kid would want to let them down?

This morning before school Nate and my dad made me go on a run with them "try not to cut me off next time" my dad says to me "u also knocked me over the side of the bench"he says  " I didn't cut u off" I say then I look at my phone because I had a text then I hear my dad mention something about college to Nate " dad we talked about this keeping my options open" Nate says " yes of course but let's get serious someone with your grades who wants to get into Dartmouth needs to be working for it" my dad says " dad" he says " ushering the rep is a good step" he says " how come every time I bring up usc and Delilah brings up LCCA u act like it's a joke" Nate says " Nate there a plan here" he says " maybe we want to make are own plans" i says " listen your mother and I didn't work this hard so use two can just make things up as u go along, Dartmouth law school Blair, Yale get married into a wealthy family have children soon use two are going to have everything listen am late for work nail that interview today and Delilah start marking some things to ask the yale rep" then he runs off " he so ridiculous" I says " I know Delilah I know" Nate says hugging me

I stood in the mirror putting on my jewellery and messing around with my hair while Nate wouldn't stop shouting me " Delilah hurry up we're going to be late" he shouts from the bottom of the stairs " omg am done now Jesus someone in a rush" I says coming out my room and walking down the stairs

I walk into the assembly and sat by Blair and her minions " hey d" she says looking very happy " hey b u look happy today" I says "u know me Yale" she says laughing something is definitely up " good morning students I ask all of u to some a little sympathy for are junior class they are almost through with ivy week" the headmistress says " as is are long tradition the constant Billard girls will be in charge of Friday night mixer and the st Jude's boys will provide the usher" there headmaster says " for those for u You who dream of attending an Ivy League school this mixer is the most important advent of your life" she says " but no pressure" he says

While in the assembly I look over to see Nate and chuck leave and I hear one o Blair minions speak " have u seen Serena" one of them says " I wonder we're she is" the other says "u know what am  I wonder how am I supposed to here anything about Yale with all this talk about Serena" Blair says " so Serena really not here" I say " that's what I said" one of them said " ye when u weren't supposed to be talking"

After the assembly I went home early because I couldn't be bothered with Blair's and Serena arguments when Chuck called me " Delilah Archibald " he says " chuck bass what do u want" I say " well Blair needs are help so u up to it Archibald" he says " ye pick me up in five" I say

"So what exactly are we doing" I say while sat in chucks limo " finding out why Serena actually came back" he says as we follow Serena down the street and we see her go into the ostroff centre " this is so good" chuck says " too good " I say then take a picture

Blair came I meat me and chuck at my house so I had to sneak them passed Nate into my room " just admit for use two this is pretty good" chuck says " if u weren't such a prev and u weren't a model am sure the cia would hire use in a second" Blair says looking through the pictures " defending my country there a future I never imagined" chuck says " what is she doing there" I say " well what anyone doing there is a facility for the disturbed or addicted" chuck says " u must have your own wing" I say " u don't get nearly enough credit for your win so the question is what do u do now " chuck says " I was thinking total social deduction" Blair says " and here i thought u we're getting soft" I say " am going now I'll message uses later" Blair says then leaves " so this is your bed" chuck says " shut up my dad and Nate are both down stairs leave" I says " bye Archibald hope I get to sleep in that bed" he says " in your dreams bass" I say and he gives me a kiss on my forehead and leaves

"Remember Yale" my dad says to me " oh yes I will cos that my my future dream is to be miserable like u and mom" I say then walk of to find chuck " hey " I say " oh hey what up u look angry" he says " oh just my dad messing with me again" I say then Blair come  over " can u please explain how Serena had the Yale rep while your suppose to be his usher" Blair says " I switched am trying to get into Princeton" chuck says " oh don't get your la pearles in a twist look who's arrived" chuck says " Blair doctor Arnold ostroff" chuck says

" what she doing" I say "your find out" chuck says smirking. As am walking to go get a drink I see Erick " omg hi Erick I haven't seen u in so long we're have u been" I say " it's a long story" he says " I have time" I say and he tells me how he cut himself and that he's the one in the ostroff center "omg u know u can talk to me whenever u want" I says " thank u Delilah" he says " Delilah were are u I need to talk to u" I hear my dad shouting "I better go before he finds out am not talking to the Yale rep"

Honestly my be the best policy in some zip codes but not in this one and not this week because I was a teenager drug addict is not exactly a winning college essay

The next day I woke up in chucks bed chuck next to me and Nate on the couch with his phone ringing " Nate" chuck says then throws a pillow at him he wakes up and answers the call " hello ye I'll be right there" Nate says " we're the hell could u possibly have to be right now" chuck says " am late for a run with my dad" Nate says " tell him am dead and can't come" I say with a banging headache then Nate leaves " how did I Evan get here last night" I say " me u and Nate went out after and u got black out drunk" chuck says

Looks like Ivey week went to shambles does anyone else think Delilah Archibald is hiding something getting black out drunk it's not like the Delilah we know but I guess I'll find out xoxo gossip girl
