[The groups have been divided and everyone is trying their best to give Midnight the promised best birthday she will ever have. They are determined and will stop at nothing, even giving themselves problems to sacrifice for this very special day. The Comfort Group consists of the following sets:

As the Comfort Group brainstorms in the library on how to persuade Midnight to help them, the castle doorbell rings in the form of a loud, long ding dong that booms throughout the entire estate. And so they all sprint and race out of the room, slide down the stair railings, zoom past each other out of the castle and into the estate front gardens. The snowstorm has now calmed down, and all that's left during the chilly noon are smooth, thick layers of delicate snow covering each and every surface, sparkling within the clear sunlight. It isn't long until Sis Opposite's glove first touches the frost-covered bars of the front gates.]
Sis Opposite: I GOT IT! I GO- ...what?
[Everyone is stunned and puzzled to see Ashe, the butler from the Royale High campus just over the hill, at the gate holding a large cardboard box. Zed is wearing a bright blue puffer coat and black mittens, along with the matching blue and black Delivery Dragon logo on his badge. Everyone can also see the same logo printed on the side of the delivery truck parked on the road behind him. He is just as confused, sighing out a gust of steam into the cold air.]
Ashe: Same-day-delivery service? For Midnight Strike's Popstar? Family-Size pack of SoftieScent tissue boxes...uhh...
Valentina: Ashe, I didn't know you worked at Delivery Dragon!
Ashe: Well since all the other boys are taking part-time jobs at Pizza Palace, Diamond Beach... and heck, Adam gets to be the host at glorious Sunset Island! Anyway, I guess I could get a couple extra dims by being a delivery guy. Nice frosty cold, isn't it? Reminded me of my favorite metal album.
Mrs December: ...Dims?
Enchant: It's slang for diamonds, Mrs. Speaking of SoftieScent tissues, Midnight must be crying even more in her dorm. Can't bother to leave her room to go get new tissues when she's run out. Wow, how upset is she?
Miss Summer: Honestly... she needs to calm down... it's just a show, that only lasts like 2 days, and she's sad about that...
Ashe: Well she sounded quite upset on the phone, but says that she's happy that people are preparing for her birthday. Welp... gotta go. I have to deliver like 20 other packages, one is a pet unicorn foal; it keeps trying to break into this one box of marshmallows. Sad that Midnight's show is cancelled... See ya, I guess.
Everyone: Goodbyeee!
Cherry: You make the best sconeeeees!
Interview
Miss Summer: Midnight likes... well, not likes... but always over exaggerates things. Well, everyone in this household does! Don't...they...?
[Scene cuts to last week, when Miss Summer is at the library. She takes a book from the self that looks interesting, but realizes that there is a bookmark with Dollie's name on it. Since Dollie is already on a different book, Miss Summer shrugs and pulls the bookmark out, and sits down near the fireplace to start a new page, where Dollie looks up from her book and her jaw drops. Enraged, Dollie snatches the book from her hands and lunges it straight into the open flames, and stomps away leaving Miss Summer frozen with confusion and disbelief. The scene cuts back:]
Miss Summer: I mean, everyone here is so sensitive...they need to calm... drink some iced tea, view at the dock, take a walk at the beach... of course, the castle beach is covered in snow and ice now, but who cares. Who doesn't like icebergs on the sea shore...?
What? About Dollie? Yeah, she... she apologized after that and bought both of us a new copy...that was nice of her.
Back to scene
[The Comfort Group return to the warmth of the castle and open up the cardboard box, and indeed lies a large Family-Size plastic-wrapped package of pale lavender SoftieScent tissue boxes, along with the receipt and the Royality Castle address.]
Mrs December: My my, I always saw those deals on TV, but I never figured that this product would be so big! Now I regret the 40% off Christmas deal I saw, even if it's just some tissues. It's enough to last this entire household a week!
Cherry: Oh, she must be crying crying. We need bags to collect all those tissue that might be all over her bed or sofa or something, and we need some soothing stuff to calm her down. I have some flowers, but I'm no therapist and I think she needs like scented candles or something.
Miss Summer: Perfect, I have some caaaaaalming candles and finally, my mini ball fountain will have some great use!
Enchant: I'm sure I can handle talking to her and trying to give her solutions and calm her down.
Valentina: Dollie stocked the pantry with nice assorted teas yesterday!
Interview
Valentina: Dollie is my very best friend, we love having tea parties when she brews our favorite oolong tea and I bring my very special rose cakes. She absolutely adores tea, so much so that she has a tea plant in her dorm growing at her window that she treats like a pet or even her own child! She also loves sewing and lace, you can see all sorts of velvety or soft fabrics and ribbons and lace all over her outfits! She's one of the best experts here about clothing and dresses... my, haven't I told you she spends entire nights in the library, reading away? She loves this one book, 'The History of Enchantix'...
Oh, sorry, am I going off-topic?
Yes, Dollie... she is sometimes a bit harsh when things don't go her way, but we always forgive her for it. Well, we all forgive here in the castle, even Dollie's anger issues. I guess Enchant is like our family therapist, she always helps us with our lives and tells us to not be ashamed of our insecurities, she helped me see that even if I was the symbol of Valentines, I might never find my true love. All the fairest ones in the land just can't empress me, and romance just faded out of my life. Enchant was a great person to help me open my eyes and see that even if I can't find my one, which she still thinks I will, at least she and the family will always support me.
