It wasn't supposed to be like this

I have a family, a really amazing family that I love with all my heart, a family I would do anything for. My family is my little sister Lacey. She's all I have in this world, and she's sick. It just needs to be said that everything I do is for her.
...
"Do you have it?" I asked walking into the warehouse.
"Don't I always?" He turned to face me, a little vial in his hand.
I took it and securely packed it away.
"What have you got for me today?" I inquired.
"We're low on funds, I need you to go to the bank." He told me.
"Be back in a flash professor."
There was a small boom when I broke the sound barrier, I was at Central National Bank in seconds. When he said go to the bank he really meant rob it, so that's what I did. I quickly grabbed the cash out of all the registers, I knew it would alert the cops but I would be in and out before they arrived. The only person that could stop me was him. Secretly I hoped they'd send him, I always enjoyed our fights. I was in luck, just after I'd finished grabbing the cash from the vault he showed up.
"Flash."
"Lady Zoom."
"You know it's just Zoom." I corrected him.
He flashed me a cocky smile,
"Are you not a lady?"
"My genitals are irrelevant Flash." I returned.
"I would argue they are very relevant." He smirked.
"Enough with the flirting Flash, are we gonna go or not?" I asked even though the flirting was my favorite part of our encounters. However I was running out of time.
"Only for you darling." Then in an instant we were fighting. We had done this many times, he had never caught me and I knew that drove him crazy. He hid it well with banter and flirting, but I was the bane if his existence, it was a shame really, because in another life we could have been friends, or more...
I landed a punch on his face, he reeled back and got back into defensive. The reason he never beat me was because he never gave a hundred percent. He had trouble hurting me because I was a woman, and he didn't give it his all because I hadn't done anything that would really warrant it. Also I was pretty sure he enjoyed our witty banter almost as much as I did. Anyhow I was sure that would all change if I did something truly terrible, but until that happened I was just a thorn in his side. I got in a few super fast hits, he dodged most of them but a few landed. I looked at the clock on the wall, I needed to finish this, quick.
"I'm really sorry about this, but I'm kind of in a hurry."
I then braced my hands on his shoulders and then brought my knee up sharply. He let out a groan and fell to the ground. I sped out of there as fast as I could.
