JIWON'S POV :
boxing day - 9:38am

I tiptoed upstairs and slowly opened Jungwon's bedroom door, I know for a fact that boy was still sleeping and I could scare him in his sleep.

When the door was cracked open I noticed another person in his bed, who the fuck-

I walked into his room and shrieked loudly when I saw a girl next to him, that he was cuddling in his sleep

"AAH WHAT THE FUCK JUNGWON?" I shrieked as the two figures wriggled around as they woke up from their slumber

"what the.. JUNGWON DID YOU SLEEP WITH ME AGAIN? why are you screaming?" The girl said as she looked at him, trying to break free from his arms that wrapped around her, has she not noticed me standing at the edge of the bed? Then again, her eyes are like half open

"huh..? AAH!" He replied to her and screamed when he saw me as he looked up

"hello brother." I sweetly said, waving my hand at him

"JIWON?" He said and then just rested his head on his pillow, still clutching onto that poor girl for dear life who was trying to escape from him

"um hello, I'm Hayun, Jungwon's friend that is living here" Hayun introduced herself as she still struggled to break free from Jungwon's arms, "I would bow to you right now but- I'm a bit stuck"

I chuckled at her politeness, and sat on the side of the bed where she was

"Just friends?" I raised an eyebrow at her

she paused for a moment before answering

"Yeah— this is just a misunderstanding I swear we don't sleep together everyday" she laughed as she gave up, just laying in his arms while looking at me, defeated

"But you said 'again'?" I continued to question her

"Because Jungwon's Grandma is staying in the guest room now, I moved into Jungwon's room temporarily. We agreed on him sleeping on the floor after quite a lot of bickering, but last night we literally talked to each other until we fell asleep on his bed" she explained to me as I made an 'o' with my mouth, understanding it now, "but today? I don't even recall what happened last night before I slept"

"anyways, I'm Jiwon, I'm sure Jungwon has said some WONDERFUL thing about me" I introduced myself, emphasising on the 'wonderful'

"To be honest, he hasn't said much about you other from the fact you study at a university abroad, but he didn't tell me where" Hayun replied, making a face trying to recall what my dear brother has said to her

"I study at UCLA in America" I said to her and her jaw dropped

"Woah! I know a lot of people that say it's really hard to get into that university" Hayun said and I chuckled

"What can I say, I'm just the smarter sibling" I pushed my hair behind me as I said those words, knowing damn well that brother of mine was probably smarter than me by now. Even though he has a completely different idea of what he wants to do in life
