Pt 7

Miko pov
I met with y/n outside of her house, she looked amazing as always. I felt bad for not telling her about the bots, I mean we tell each othe everything! And I was gonna stop that!?
Ugh, that's not me. But now it is...
I grab y/n's hand and she smiles, "so uh, you missed school yesterday." I said, she looked at me, "shit!" She shouted as she put her hands on her face. I chuckled, "hey! It's okay. I just told the teacher you were still having troubles from the 9 month coma, she let it go." I informed her, she let out air and smiled.
"Thank you Miko! I should have known I could trust you!" She beamed, i smiled at that but then the secret came to my mind.
I was feeling a bit down, even though I was with y/n she made me feel great! But then 2X worse.
I sighed as I saw y/n winning a carnival game, she had explained how to win it every time but I just  didn't get it! She pulled out a panda bear plush, she knows I love pandas. I smiled she had given it to me. "You okay? You seem so out of it." She asked, I nodded.
"Yeah, just tired." I said, smiling and I could tell y/n saw through me.
Y/n gave me a look and she glanced at me with her narrowing eyes. I tried to think of something, I got! I sighed.
"Well, when you got put in that coma....I saw you die twice. And before you got moved to star labs from the hospital I thought that, would be the last time I saw you." I choked out, y/n looked at me with sympathy.
"I was so scared that I was going to loose you, and seeing you basically wrapped up in wires and ivs, made me realize how much i was going to miss you. And I can't stop thinking what if you didn't ever wake up?" Y/n pulled me into a tight hug, "I'm not going anywhere." She stated and I put my head into her chest, I usually get sweating when I lie but now I wasn't sweating.
Maybe this was true.
"Thank you for being my friend." Y/n said, i smiled at that.
I looked up and saw someone I wasn't expecting, bulk was here parked in his alt mode. Y/n let go of me and I smiled at her, "y/n/n it's been great and I love you! But I need to go," I said, y/n smiled and patted my head.
"Alright, bye. I'll see you?" She said, I nodded and ran to bulk.
I turned around to get a last look at her but she was gone. And I looked at the panda plush she gave me, and smiled.

Y/n pov
I got a call from Cisco, he did I need to get to star labs now. I did and when I got there only Cisco was there and he was holding his phone.
"What? What happened!?" I asked, panicking a bit. "Well remember how you said you wanted to be a hero? Help the city?" Cisco asked, I nodded and looked at him confused. "Well, there's a fire on Main Street, and the fire department is stuck, so get out there!" He yelled, i suited up and ran to the place he said it was. "Woah! Y/n!" Cisco said, I stopped running "what?" I asked "you over shot!" I sighed. "By how much?" I asked, I heard Cisco sigh, "by about blocks!" I ran back and ran straight into the burning building right past a woman yelling for her daughter, Claire.
I ran in and saw a little girl, she was calling for her mother. I picked her up and ran her out and did this with everyone in the building.
Then I ran away as I heard the fire department arrive.
"Y/n! It's Caitlin," she said through the comms.
"Oooh, hey Caitlin!" I said in a high pitch"how was your day?", "get back to star labs now!" She shouted, i nodded and ran back in a flash.
"What we're you two thinking!?" Caitlin yelled, Cisco answered before I could. "We were helping people, you know! He's the feet I'm the eyes." Caitlin scoffed, "we agreed we'd help people!" I said, before Cisco could say anything.
"No! We agreed we'd help stop META-HUMANS! Not run into fires!" Caitlin shouted, "Dr.snow, I'd suggest you calm down." Dr.wells said as he drove in, "though I do think Dr.snow, has a point." Caitlin smirked. I sighed, then I got a call from Joe, "hey what's up Joe?" I asked into the phone, "oh, great just standing here next to a dead body in the middle of a crime scene." Joe said sarcastically, I sighed and slapped my head. "I'll be right there." I ran out of star labs, but not before getting changed.
I got there and I put on my jacket, "l/n, nice to see you finally showed up!" Captain sing said, as I walked over to the crime scene that was covered in coffee grinds. "What happened?" I asked, Eddie came up to me, "well on the security cameras a man came in  and shot this guy and then continued to rob the place." He explained while showing me the footage.
"No, this was a whole crew." I said as I looked at the coffee grinds that had footprints, "there are many footprints as you see, but all of them are overlapping and all over the place which would mean there were multiple people. But the weird thing is each shoe are size 10 and have the exact same pattern." Eddie hummed and Joe nodded. Captain sing walked over to another cop and told him what I said. I stood up and walked over to Joe. "Sorry I was here late, again." I said, Joe looked at me and grabbed my shoulder, "listen kid, I know you had off today from school, but you've been late many times. I think it's about time for you to test out." Joe sighed out. I looked down and started to think about Miko, how would she feel if I saw her less and as she says 'live on work'. I chuckled thinking of her face every time she said it. Her eyes would narrow her ear rows would follow her eyes and her lips will tilt to the side.
"I'll do it." I said quickly, joe smiled and we headed back to my labs to run some samples.
