Hey everyone, it's Sarah. I haven't touched this story in a long time, but I had a dream about it last night. I've decided that I will be leaving this version of the story up, however I will be doing a complete rewrite. My writing is in a very different place than it was when I was 13 (nearly 10 years ago), and I want to respect that by not getting rid of something that preserves how I used to write and shows how much I've grown as a writer since then.
Jenna is a special character to me, she's probably the first character of mine whose story I explored, and boy do I mean explored. (I dive headfirst into research for my stories.) Jenna is in a way a reflection of who I wanted to be in the time of my life when I was focused on this. I wanted to see myself as pretty, be popular, and have a boyfriend. Jenna is a part of my writing career, and I want to do her justice.
To anyone who is still following this story, thank you so much for being on this journey with me. To everyone who has found this story, keep an eye out for Upside Down (HMLTUD), hopefully chapter 1 will be out soon!
