History: The Picaro clan moved to Iwa not long after the Second Ninja War and quickly integrated themselves into the village. While they have a rivalry with the Hozuki Clan and Yuki Clan they are willing to put it aside if they ever end up working together. When the Bloodline Purges began in Kiri the whole of the Picaro Clan went into temporary isolation to mourn the Yuki and Hozuki. The Rivalry with the Hozuki started due to both clans having similar techniques with the only real differences being the Chakra Nature. The Yuki Clan however, the Rivalry started due to the Clan Heads at the time getting a bit too wild in the war.
