Lovers to Parents (Bucky x reader)

Getting to the hotel

Bucky came out in a tight white t-shirt and his dark blue jeans, with no socks or shoes on and he grinned at you standing there in your red high-tops, black leggings and his t-shirt. You had a front clasp bra, and satin panties on, both in black. He smirked at you looking you up and down and you flushed slightly. He bent forward and kissed you lightly on the lips.
"Tomorrow is the only morning I won't be kissing you for the rest of our lives" he whispered. "You'll have to wait until you get down the aisle," he added for good measure.
"And you will have to wait until after breakfast" Wanda quipped, grabbing your hand. "Vision will be in shortly to bring out your suitcase. "Come along" Wanda led the way out of your suite, while Bucky sulked, following close behind.
Vision passed by you as you were walking out of your suite, and gave a morning greeting before you were pulled towards the main dining room. Bucky rushed past Wanda to pull back the chair, and you gave him a kiss on the cheek as soon as Wanda released your hand and you sat down.
"Your mama and Billy came to see us last night. Austin... Bravo. What do you have to say for yourselves?" Uncle Brad looked at them both standing to the side awkwardly.
"Dad," Austin huffed slightly.
"Did I stutter?" Uncle Brad asked quickly.
"We are sorry for what was said to your pup's last night" Austin grimaced as he said it. He looked sharply at Bravo who whined and bowed his head.
"I'm sorry," Bravo said after a moment.
"And?" Uncle Brad asked.
"We will apologize to all of the pups, and the pack, and make sure never to do it again" Austin promised.
"I promise" Bravo gave a bit of a sneeze.
"What was said to our pups?" Steve asked in confusion.
"That they are supposed to live outside, and maybe something about not being a real companion" Austin mumbled and looked at Bravo who whined again.
"But they are our babies!" Nat stood up in a momentary fury.
"They don't know any different," Pepper added quickly.
"No wonder Zora wouldn't get into bed with us last night" Wanda gasped.
"I'm sorry about that, it won't be happening again. I promise" Austin vowed.
"You need to make it right," Aunt Melanie warned him. "I raised you both better than that."
"I want to hear how you are going to make it right," Tony said after a brief silence.
"I'll go on your machine thing, and you can bring all of them in so you can hear the apology first hand" Uncle Brad offered. "It's going to be heartfelt and the pups are going to understand that what was said was wrong, and they belong here just as much as anyone else."
"Thank you" Nat nodded to him. "We are leaving right after breakfast, but Bruce will be here with our little Anastasia to hear it"
"I'll make sure to tell you honey" Bruce promised.
"Blue was pretty upset last night," Bucky said softly. "We tried talking to him, but maybe an apology will go a long way"
"He asked about his real mom" you looked down sadly.
"You are his real mom" Aunt Melanie assured you. "I am dying to know how you found him though. I know about Jasper and Snow..." she trailed off and she sat up a little straighter and looked at you expectantly.
"It was a mission," you shrugged, still a little downtrodden that Blue didn't see you as his only mom.
"It was THE mission that started all of this. You should have seen her! It was amazing. I had gone in for a little recon, and saw all of these wolves were being held captive. Clint, Y/N, and Cloud were outside. Cloud could smell the wolves, and we promised him we were going to free them. Y/N snuck in for some data, and made her way downstairs. She just walked into the cage they were all being kept in and talked to them like it was nothing. She freed the whole pack, then picked up Blue and Melody said she was staying. The next day, Steve was the one that was more anxious about having wolves on site. Tony seemed to have accepted it. I'll never forget the look on Bucky's face when she offered to quit then and there and just leave with the wolves. They were still fighting back then" Scott spoke animatedly. "Little Blue is what brought these two lovebirds together. They would sit on the couch and nurse him together. I could have told you back then they would end up together."
"Is what you do that dangerous?" Joseph asked, a little bit in awe.
"It can be," you nodded with a soft smile. "But we are always careful," you promised.
"Except when they took Bucky, Nat, Clint and Steve" Loki reminded you.
"That's quite the love story" Aunt Melanie chuckled. "It started with Blue?"
"It started when they first met to be honest. He kept saying she was too perfect and didn't like her. I knew deep down that he liked her" Steve smirked. "When her secret came out, that's when Bucky changed the most, and it's around the same time that Blue and Melody came into our lives."
"So what do you do now that you're pregnant?" Annette asked curiously.
"I work in the lab" you gave a quick smile.
"She's a genius in the lab, it's been a welcome change to the atmosphere" Tony said, still glaring a bit at Bravo.
"Wow, so you are doing what you did at Shield all over again?" Joseph asked.
"Technically, yes" you nodded.
"Mama! Nana took us for a walk and look!" Blue came bolting into the room with a huge stick in his mouth. "I brought you back the biggest one!" he added with an excited yip.
"Oh Blue, thank you" you giggled and got up. You took the stick and set it to the side, and picked him up.
"Is that business attended to?" Mama asked as she came into the room with all of the wolves in tow, with Billy at the back.
"Yes," Uncle Brad nodded. "I'll be going on their little machine so they can all hear Bravo's apology to the pups."
"Good, thank you" mama came over and took Blue from your arms where you were peppering his face with kisses. "You need to eat, you have a big day in front of you."
"Just one more kiss" you kissed the tip of Blue's nose and he giggled inside of your head.
"I told Brutus what you said about me being your pup and he said we are all human pups and we shouldn't listen" he said to you.
"I'll have to thank Brutus" you smiled at him while mama smiled and told the team what was being said.

After breakfast it was a flurry of excitement as everyone started putting their plates away, and you took a minute to say goodbye to your whole pack. Blue seemed to take the longest, because he didn't like to see you go. You promised him that you would see him tomorrow and he whined, but eventually accepted it. Bucky kept holding you, and giving you several kisses between each of the goodbyes, not wanting you to go. It seemed neither of you were ready to be separated again. They all walked you to the door, and Bucky just held you close as though he never wanted to let you go.
"You need to let her go, just one last time" Mama whispered to him, and Bucky finally let you go.
"You need to take the pack to the lab" you whispered to Bucky.
"I'll see you soon" he whispered in your ear. "I love you" he told you, and you could tell he was speaking from the bottom of his heart.
"I love you Bucky" you gave him one last chaste kiss on the lips and you felt Wanda take your hand, pulling you away.
You headed to the SUV's and saw there were two already ready. Happy was in the driver's seat for one car with Pepper, Aunt Melanie, and Annette. Nat was driving the SUV for you, Mama, Cloud and Wanda.
"What if Blue needs me?" you asked as you got into the back seat beside Wanda.
"Spoken like a true mother," Mama chuckled.
"He'll be fine. He's a strong pup" Cloud assured you.
"I'm glad you are with me Cloud" you sighed, and pulled him in for a one sided hug. He licked your cheek, then laid down across your lap to look out your open window while Nat drove. Mama, Nat and Wanda were talking excitedly and you were only paying attention to the view. You saw you were getting downtown near central park in New York when Nat pulled in front of "The RItz" and you gaped.
"I thought..." you looked at Wanda.
"I couldn't tell your future husband where to find you," Wanda giggled. "We got you the best room with a king size bed, and yes, Cloud is allowed in. In fact, someone is going to be taking him out for a good grooming while we go for our spa treatment" she clapped her hands together in excitement.
"Did you know about this?" you asked Nat who smirked.
"Of course, we all helped her plan it," Nat chuckled.
"Mama?" you looked at her.
"Of course Songbird, now it's up to Steve to keep it a secret" Mama smiled back at you. Suddenly the door was opened by the valet and you all unbuckled, getting out of the SUV, and seeing that Happy and his car load were getting out as well.
"Come on Cloud, you agreed to this" Mama took a leash out of her purse and Cloud went to her automatically and sat back on his haunches.
"Anything you need," Cloud announced softly.
"You hate the leash," you whispered to him.
"I'm getting groomed for it. I love good grooming" he chuckled inside your head.
"Alright, let's get this party started" you looked up at the building and taking it all in. You hesitated for a moment, but Wanda put her hand in the small of your back and you felt reassured. It was only one more night without Bucky. You could handle that.
