Chaeyoung sat on a large but fancy couch in her penthouse's living room just across from the kitchen. She craved some food at the moment but she had nothing prepared to eat. She was going to order some food but she never got to it.

The blonde unlocked her phone for countless of times and sighed. Ray, her senior pet dog, was still passed out on her lap looking really uncomfortable, his legs stretched out against her thighs. She stared up at the TV. It was displaying soda commercials, which made her even more thirsty and bored. She glanced at the clock for the hundredth time. It's not even seven yet. The rest of the room is quiet except for the television's faint audio and the drops of rain hitting against the windows. She stood up and walk out to get a drink of water again, accidentally waking her senior dog.

As time passed slowly, Chaeyoung waited and sat herself on top of the kitchen counter munching on some granola bar. Sana was never really punctual at times like these and she understood. She was probably at the bar getting ready to leave at this time, having someone else she trusted to cover for her. But, the wait was unbearable now and Chaeyoung's stomach was growling for a filling.

She pulled her phone out immediately opened her messages. There were texts that informed her about school and other stuff she didn't care about like the countless of girls that she used to get with. She was just about to tap on Sana's name, but stopped when she noticed Mina's right below her. It was the text that said "Maybe" and she couldn't fight the smile that crept up on her lips, remembering the little kisses she placed on the side of her face. During that time in the library, Chaeyoung fought the urge to turn her head ever so slightly so that her lips would've met hers instead of her cheek, but that would've been too much for Mina.

Chaeyoung put her phone down immediately, remembering that fact that she was just her target. But the thought shook around in her head. Deep down, she didn't want her to be her target. She wanted something else, but she couldn't quite name it. Feeling that same throb in her chest, she sighed, letting all of her emotions out while waiting for a certain Japanese to walk through her doors, prepared to cook some food.

And luckily, to her surprise, she heard the door unlock at the front and waited as Sana walked around the corner and into the kitchen, dressed in a black hoodie, blue jeans and white sneakers along with sunglasses resting on the bridge of her nose.

"You're late, Sana."

"It's only been fifteen minutes." The taller girl set her bag on the counter, before heading straight into the kitchen, pulling out her ingredients.

"Yeah, you're still late and I'm hungry."

"You better stop talking to me like I work here," Sana glared at the blonde, who soon backed down from everything she said, "And besides, your stupid bodyguards almost didn't let me in because of the hoodie I was wearing."
