~A/N Haiii lovelies I know I'm bad at finishing books but as this one gets worked on I will update my others. I have works in progress for my first book some drafts in progress but since it's not based off anything it'll take a bit to get more ideas. ~Y/N pov~
As we arrive in Riverdale I roll my window down and take my headphones out then I look towards my "sister" Veronica and she soon looks at me then grabs my hand "it's ok y/n/n it will feel like home soon enough" she says as she looks out her window again rolling it down this time to look at the place we will now call home and I sigh looking down at my phone and at the picture not my old friends and I on the screen the car comes to a stop and I shut my phone off getting out of the car as the driver opens the door

As we walk inside our mother greets the man waiting in the lobby "ahh mrs . Lodge welcome home" our mother nods silently smiling "Smithers" she turns to us "these are my girls" smithers nods "Veronica and y/n nice to finally meet you girls" I smile and nod silently as my stomach growls "well I can officially speak for y/n and agree with her stomach we are hungry" mom laughs a bit "I've already put in a order at pop's chocklit shoppe and you girls can pick it up" Veronica and I look at each other confused "what's a chocklit shoppe?" Veronica asks

As we get into the car and tell the driver where we are going we arrive shortly and Veronica and I walk in we catch the attention of a boy with red hair and a girl with blonde hair sitting at the booth closest to the door and Veronica and I walk up to them but I zone out while they were talking catching a boy wearing a crown beanie looking at us I walk over smiling softly "hello I'm y/n lodge" I say sitting as the boys eyes follows me "Jughead jones" he smiles softly holding his hand out and I give him my hand to shake "I am guessing that's your sister" he nods to Veronica "yes it is" I say not looking away from him "you dress so.. differently" he says looking at my outfit I look down seeing my ripped jeans with the chains on the belt loops my band tee and my boots

"I'm guessing that you didn't expect it? She enjoys our parents money. Me on the other hand I'm not blood. I'm adopted" I sigh and look down as Veronica walks up "I got the food let's go sis" I nod and stand "nice to meet you Jughead" I smile softly and walk out as he mumbles a small goodbye with a smile on his face

"So who was that sis?" Veronica says smiling "oh nobody we just met he is very interesting" the ride is silent after that but I can't stop thinking of this mysterious boy I met at pop's

~time skip next day~
Once we walk into Riverdale high all eyes are on us veronica looking like she should be on the cover of some fancy magazine and me wearing my usual comfortable yet fancy outfit this time in a skirt matching veronica a bit, but mine had chains I am wearing my boots that I always wear and a cropped shirt with a red cropped leather jacket with my long brown hair curled at the ends stopping just above my waist we then go to the office and get introduced to the girl from the diner "hi I'm Betty Cooper" she says as we start to walk out of the office.

"I usually like to start my tours off with a little bit of history and context" she starts looking a bit excited to be showing us around "Riverdale high first opened its doors in 1941 and.." Veronica cuts her off "and hasn't been redecorated since, apparently" she says with a look of disgust and I roll my eyes and Betty looks a bit annoyed for a second about to speak again before Veronica speaks up again "honestly I feel like I'm wandering through the lost epilogue of our town" they look at each other and giggle and I smile a little

"So what's the social scene like around here? Any nightclubs?" I scoff "of course you'd ask that" I mumble Veronica was about to respond to me when a boy walks up and interrupts her. "A strip club called the Ho Zone and a tragic gay bar called Innuendo , Friday nights, football games and then tailgate parties at the mallmart parking lot, Saturday nights movie night regardless of what's playing at the Bijou you better get there early because we do t have reserved seating in Riverdale" he starts to walk beside me "and Sunday nights thank God for HBO" he nudged me playfully then puts an arm around Betty smiling at Veronica and I
