Their encounter with Amanda hadn't been pleasant, at all.

Cora could tell Connor was playing with his coin nervously, not really calibrating his fine motor skills.

All the while with Amanda, they did their best to not show irrational behavior and software instabilities.

Also, Amanda had been right into saying something had happened. They were in an elevator at Stratford Tower with the Lieutenant, waiting for the bright blue numbers to flash seventy-nine, the floor they needed to get to.

The only sound was the clink from Connor's coin as they both stared at the elevator's closed doors, LEDs pulsing blue.

The sound of the coin was suddenly stopped as well as one simple LED flickering, being startled as Connor looked at the Lieutenant who looked annoyed, snatching the coin from his hand in the middle of passing it smoothly and expertly to the other hand.

"You're starting to piss me off with that coin, Connor" Hank scowled, glaring at him as he tucked the coin into his pocket.

Connor looked down, awkwardly flexing his fingers as he didn't have anything to occupy his hands nor distract himself with, "Sorry, Lieutenant"

Hank
Friend

Cora chuckled which got both males' their attention, seeing a slight curl on her lips, but her attention wasn't on them but the doors.

Hank scoffed at her amusement as the elevator dinged with an automatic voice announcing their arrival, "Seventy-nine floor"

The elevator slowed to a stop, the doors sliding open to show several officers, CSIs roaming around a long hallway.

Officer Miller was the one to approach them, greeting them with a grim smile, "Hi, Hank"

The Lieutenant looked around, being the first one to step out of the elevator. "Shit, what's going on here? There was a party and nobody told me about it?"

Officer Miller scoffed, "Yeah, it's all over the news, so everybody's butting their nose in. Even the FBI wants a piece of the action"

They began walking down the hall.

"Ah Christ" Hank scoffed, annoyed, "Now we got the Feds on our back. I knew this was gonna be a shitty day. So what do we got?"

Connor and Cora followed slowly into the building, behind the two humans.

./INVESTIGATE THE ATTACK

- LISTEN TO DEBRIEF

"A group of four androids" Officer Miller began explaining the situation "They knew the building, and they were very well organized. I'm still trying to figure out how they got this far without being noticed" there were more officers having their own conversations, something which both androids filed to investigate when they finished with the debrief. "They attacked two guards in the hallway. They probably thought the androids were coming to do maintenance. They got taken down before they could react"

Chris led them into the hallway that lead to the broadcast room. "One of the station employees managed to get away. He's in shock, not sure when we'll be able to talk to him"

"How many people were working here?" Hank questioned, looking around.

"Just two employees and three androids" Officer Miller answered, "The deviants took the humans hostage and broadcast their message live. They made their getaway from the roof"
