Through the pages of this book, you'll discover...
Hey there, winners! It's your girl, with some more wisdom nuggets for you. Without further ado, let's dive into today's tips and tricks for staying consistent.
First up, create an aesthetic study room for yourself. Seriously, you need to love the space where you're studying. So decorate your room according to your style and taste. Trust me, when you come home from school, you should feel super excited to study in a space that you love. And if you're currently procrastinating, it's a sign to shift stuff in your room at different places and decorate. You might think it's not going to work, but trust me and work on it.
Next, we all have that one YouTube study channel that we love. I mean, it gives us that daily motivation to study, right? Personally, I have a fav YouTube channel too that gives me the initial push to actually open my book and learn. So find yours and get that boost!
Now, let's talk about consistency. How can we keep up our work when we get bored at some point? Well, one point is to put your clock aside or in a place where you can't even see it. Some of my intelligent readers might say, "But I have my phone! T.T" If that's the case, then throw your phone away (just kidding, don't throw it, but put it far away as possible) and get access to the PDFs and important notes on your laptop. You don't look at the time for the first seven days and follow it each of the seven days until you complete a specific task.
Study music can be a great help, but make sure to choose the right kind of music for the task at hand. If I'm actually solving math or doing coding, I might listen to some soft playlist with lyrics which gives me power to extend the work what I am doing. "BUT IF YOU'RE READING SOMETHING," don't listen to songs instead listen to gentle music like Kpop piano or something soft which you like.
When you follow this consistency thing for almost more than 14 days, trust me, it will become a hard habit for you to break. So don't break the good habit that you've built even if you get the chance and stick to it.
Obviously, breaks are important, so take regular breaks and do what you like during that time. And don't forget to stay hydrated too!
Lastly, it's important to give importance to ourselves. When you start following all of this, you might even become more disciplined, so stay strong and don't let anyone break your good habits. And for that, I want you to stay with people who are actually like you, being positive and having healthy competition.
That's it, my friends! It all starts with waking up from bed every day and following the schedule. Staying disciplined is like winning every day. So, all the best, people! Comment down below if you actually won tomorrow. With that, I am signing off for today. I gotta wake up early tomorrow. Goodnight, future leaders!
