Haerin rolled her eyes in irritation as she realized that Hanni wasn't going to respond to her. She knew that Hanni was right; barely anyone talks to her these days, but she was fine with that. In fact, she prefers being alone and only having a small group of close friends. Haerin set her phone down and proceeded to get ready for school, with the intent of visiting the small store near her home.

She suddenly heard a buzz from her phone and glanced down at it to see a notification from her friend, Hanni. She opened the notification and read the message Hanni had sent.

Haerin hastily shoves her phone into her bag before dashing down the stairs towards the front door. Upon reaching the door, she spots her friend Hanni waiting outside for her. They enthusiastically high-five each other before heading off to school together.

Ah, I just remembered that store I wanted to visit, Haerin says suddenly, stopping in her tracks. The store? Hanni asks in confusion. How much time do we have left before school starts? She asks. An hour! Haerin says with a dismissive wave of her hand. Hanni's eyes widen in surprise as her face cringes into a confused look. 1 hour? My mom told me I'm late! she says. Haerin gives Hanni an unamused look, pursing her lips into a straight line. You had your phone when texting me, didn't you. Hanni nods as she rolls her eyes The two of them set off towards the store, with Hanni's shoulders slumped and her expression sulky. Though Haerin would rather not think about how easily her mom manipulates Hanni, she is grateful for their extra time together before school starts. The two girls arrive at the store and make their way inside, ready to spend some time together before their day.

Haerin remains stoic as she follows Hanni into the store, her face remaining expressionless. But the minute she sees the frogs inside the store, her gaze widens and a smile creeps up on her face. Haerin walks over to where the frog items are, seemingly mesmerized by the little amphibians and their various accessories. She picks up a cute frog doll and gazes down at it with dreamy eyes, her face lighting up in a warm smile. It seems like Haerin's frog obsession has found the perfect place to blossom.

As Haerin looks down at the adorable frog doll, someone suddenly bumps into her shoulders. Surprised, she looks up to see who it is. She finds herself face-to-face with a taller girl wearing the same school uniform as she and Hanni. The taller girl looks just as surprised as Haerin, and immediately bows down and apologizes profusely, even though it wasn't a big deal. Haerin can't help but be impressed by this girl's sweet, respectful nature, even from such a small interaction.

Haerin's eyes widened in surprise as the taller girl continues to apologize profusely. She's never seen anyone be so apologetic over something so small. Hanni smirks and tries to hold back her laughter, pretending not to know Haerin as haerin gets apologized to for such a minor incident.

But Haerin is too busy staring at the tall girl to focus on Hanni's antics. The girl really is very pretty with her warm smile and incredibly kind behavior. Haerin feels bad for taking advantage of such an angel-like person. She quickly picks out two frog items and lets the girl pay for them.

As the taller girl returns to her friend, Haerin is left a little grateful for today's weird encounter

As the taller girl returns to her friend, Haerin is left a little grateful for today's weird encounter. But Hanni quickly snaps her out of it and grabs her by the arm, pulling her away while making fun of her.

"Bro you made that poor girl pay for you?" Hanni asks, laughing and using her usual Australian accent.

Haerin tries to defend herself but is quickly drowned out by Hanni's loud snickering. But deep down, she knows that Hanni is right and she should feel a bit guilty for taking advantage of the kind girl's generosity.
