Safe Haven. (Part 3)

My ma has the most beautiful warm

brown eyes

And infectious smile I've ever seen

She's beautiful and kind

Loving and caring, a good mother

My mother's hug is a healing that

soothes my core

Calming me like the waves of the sea

You are the epitome of grace and

strength

You've weathered through painful

times

And yet you still overcome it like a

queen

Your wise advice and thoughtfulness

Never ceases to make me happy how

Amazing, attentive, and watchful you
are

Your words I eagerly take to my heart

Preparing me for my future

You are so brave never afraid to

speak your mind or say the truth

I look up to you praying to be a good

Woman like you while growing up!

When I was in despair, you cocooned

me in your arms

When I was in tears you comforted me

When I was happy you were happy too

And you kept me in your loving embrace

What will my life be without you?

I pray to be courageous like you

To face my trials head-on with

bravery, and overcome it

I'm so grateful to have a mother like you

No matter where you may be

I'll always come running back into your arms

Cause you are my safe haven

I will always love you

You're my safe haven.
