Had to control myself
From thinking more about you
And I succeeded at it
As I always did.
I was called for a party
Didn't know that it was in your house
Tried to control my feelings
But this time, I failed.
Saw you again there
With a smile on your face
Your grey eyes sparkled
When you found me.
Walked towards you
Didn't want to get introduced to strangers around you
Just wanted us for sometime
Just you and me.
Talked to me about everything
Came to the verge of tears
When I thought that,
That I was lying to you.
Had to do that unwillingly
Knew that I would regret it
But then I only wanted it,
Your grey eyes to shine.
Sat near me when everybody was drunk
In the darkness of the night
You were alone with me as if no girl was there for you
I was with you again.
