Its been an hour... Arnav was trying Ani's phone for a hour but he was not answering.
He decided to call the police station and enquire about his whereabouts.
He was about to call the station but he heard Ansh yell.
Ansh- bhai!
Arnav came running to where Ansh was...
Arnav- what happened Ansh, why are you shouting?
Manik just pointed at the TV news channel.

Arnav then got the location of the hospital where Anirudh is admitted from his bodyguards.

At the hospital reception
Arnav- where is Ani ?! (He shouted at the Receptionist)
Receptionist- sorry sir?
Arnav mentally cursed himself.
Arnav- I mean which room is Anirudh Rathore admitted in?
