Chp 36: "Felicia's motive"

Thirty minutes have passed since they were at the museum, the three spiders were swinging through the city as they were talking about what happened back there

MJ: so black cat was the one who went in through the roof?, She was working with hammerheads guys?

Peter: yeah, she was probably watching us the whole time we were in there

MJ: just tell me you guys didn't let her get away with the maria?

Gwen: nope...

Sam: she smashed it and stole a data drive hidden inside

MJ: what?!

Sam: yeah...maybe it was a treasure map like I said?

Gwen: Sam

MJ: I'll start asking around what could possibly be in that drive

Peter: then we'll start following cat prints

MJ: oh speak of the devil, the police scanner just reported an active shootout around Hudson and North more

Gwen: isn't that area under control by the Magia?

MJ: yeah, whatever black cat stole them it might've just triggered a gang war

Peter: were on our way to check it out, any other updates on the museum heist?

MJ: I doubt anyone would know what's on the drive but word is hammerhead now has it, and the Magia family's freaked out about it

Sam: must've been some valuable stuff on that thing if it started a gang war

Gwen: wonder why black cats working for hammerhead, whats her motive?

Peter: who knows, I stopped trying to figure out Felicia a long time ago

Sam/Gwen/MJ: Felicia?

MJ: you guys on a first name basis now?

Sam: did you guys use to date or something?

Peter: well-i mean...i guess, maybe?

MJ: well let's just keep eacother in the loop okay?

MJ says as she hangs up, the three make it to the scene as they see police and hammerhead goons shooting it out

Sam: thyre not being subtle, someone's gonna get hurt if they keep this up

Sam jumps into the scene as he shoots a web at one of the thugs gun and pulls it out of his hands, Sam lands as he throws it back at the goons head knocking him out

Thug: it's spider man!, Shoot him

The thugs shoot at Sam as he dodges the bullets and hops on the wall of a building a leaps towards a thug as he grabs him and launched him into the air as Gwen swung in and kicked the thug down towards the ground

Thug: it's the ghost spider!

The thugs got more nervous as peter swooped in and kicked one of the thugs into a wall, the three spiders huddle uo as they attack, a few minutes pass as they had taken out some of the thugs

One thug was hiding behind a police car as he tries to escape but Sam throws a dark web at his hand which traps him, Peter lands on top of the car as he slowly crawls towards the guy, Gwen and Sam were slowly walking towards him as well as Gwen had her claws out as a form if intimidation along with sam who had dark matter dripping off him and his tendrils out, Peter waa getting closer along with the other two as the thug gave in

Thug: alright alright!, I give up!, d-do I get time off if I talk?

Peter: you won't if you don't

Thug: th-the white haired chick, she told us to come down here and make some noise
