There are just so many period supplies so whats the best and what can be diyed?
1...menstrual cup= i personally find them quite comfortable but sometimes leaky if its not in properly.
2...reusable pads= way too big a hassle but if you stay at home al day then go for it. its comfortable and good for the environment . personally though i threw them away because with blood they stink. and takes some effort to get the smell out
3...tampons=comfortable but i get a bit sore
4...normal pads= they are fine but rashes exist
5...sponges=dangerous
6...menstrual disc= same as menstrual cups really
