I grabbed my shoes and ran out the door, locking it behind me

Laicey had a white Nissan that was noticeable in the dark, I got in and she immediately sped off

"Hey" I greeted her as I put my shoes on in the passenger seat

"Hey girl, you ready to party" She smiled as she got on the highway, I smiled and said yeah

The rest of the car was silent till we approached RPT "You didn't tell me the party was in the T'z" I said lowkey panicking because this the only block that's as dangerous as Courtlandt

I stayed silent thinking about Qwayshawn reaction when he find out I still went to the party and this party is in RTP

Laicey parked and we got out & made our way to the area everyone was partying

I decided to let loose and chug the quarter left of the liquor that was in a glass bottle

"Wanna dance" She yelled over the music, I nodded and she took me to dance in the crowd

After dancing for hours which felt like a minute laicey said she had to pee and she'll be back, I tried offering to go with her but she insisted on going by herself so I went to get more liquor

I began drinking straight from the bottle, chugging it all down without thinking clearly

Gun shots went off and they were aiming towards me because most of the bullets was hitting the wall behind me, I ducked down and crawled to the nearest table to hide behind

Tears ran down my cheeks as I covered my head, My cries were silent as I felt my body burn everywhere, My side buzzed & I realized it was my my phone ringing

My eye lids got heavy as blood fled from my chest, shoulder, back & legs; leaving me to drain

The sound of more active gunshots woke me up again but I still felt weak, My breathing hitched when a shadow towered over me

"Baby don't move, 911 is coming" Qwayshawn voice echoed in my ears as I seen two of him in eye sight

"I'm sorry lovee, I'm so sorry" I cried as my body gave up on me, I felt dead though I was on my last couple of breaths

"Were is yo bitch ass friend?, Did she do this to you?, I swear Imma kill her don't worry my heart" He said holding me in his arms while rocking me back & forth

The sound of sirens filled my ears but as it got closer the more silent my ears picked up on it & my eyes got blurrier while looking in his eyes

"Justice don't close your eyes, everything going to be alright, I need you here. please baby don't leave me here to live life without you"
