[scene begins with a young, female SkyWing sneaking around a base camp in the middle of the night. A full moon glows from above, illuminating the nearby lake and shining brightly in the sky]

[as the SkyWing makes her way behind a lodge, she hears a few drunk SkyWing troops having a loud conversation and cheering. She peeks around the corner, seeing them laughing hysterically before one of them falls backward]

[the SkyWing shakes her head in disgust and turns away, continuing across the camp. She makes her way above the hill, standing on top of it and staring at the camp below. She sees multiple SkyWings beginning to head back into their lodges and tents]

[the SkyWing turns around, seeing another section of the camp, except more elegant and slightly better than the other sections. She notices that there are no tents in the section, only lodges and huts. She makes her way toward one of the lodges, hiding behind it and breathing quietly. She hears two SkyWing commanders chatting as they stroll down the path]

DISTANT SKYWING #1: We need Ortly to get to the west end of the kingdom. Alert Her Majesty if anyone is going where they shouldn't.

DISTANT SKYWING #2: But what about northwest section three? We keep everyone controlled at the same place-

DISTANT SKYWING #1: We don't need to watch that section. No IceWings are gonna come from the mountains, so we don't gotta worry about it. Look, go back to your station, we'll notify you if anything changes, alright?

DISTANT SKYWING #2: Okay.

[she hears a few other conversations in the lodges, slowly moving until she gets to the lodge she was looking for. She sees light through an open window, smirking as she heads toward it. She begins climbing up to the window, groaning as she pushes herself up, eventually falling through and landing on a soft bed]

[a young Aeris sits on the opposite bed, turning to the SkyWing while writing a scroll. The SkyWing stands up, brushing the dirt off her body as she looks at Aeris. Aeris shrugs before he goes back to writing his scroll]

AERIS: You're fifteen minutes early.

APRIL: Yeah, I don't want to miss it, so I came here as soon as I finished. [points at the scroll in Aeris's talon] What do you have there?

AERIS: Oh, it's just something I have to get done for Scarlet. It won't take long, I promise, I'm almost done with it anyway.

APRIL: [looks at the stack of books on Aeris's shelf and gasps] Three moons, you have the Lunar Versum? [takes the book from the shelf and looks at its cover] Sick. I never get this cool stuff in my camp.

AERIS: How's it like over there?

APRIL: What's it like? Pffft. [scoffs and rolls her eyes as she puts the book back into the shelf] Shitty as always. Scarlet barely gives us anything, while you guys get all this cool stuff.

AERIS: Don't forget, we did more than you guys.

APRIL: I guess that's fair.

AERIS: So how did you get here?
