A strange, exceptionally large dog is found roaming in ShadowClan territory. It attacks, and even kills, several warriors before the ShadowClan leader rallies almost the entire Clan to find and kill the dog before it can do any more damage. But when the battle patrol finally encounters the dog, they realize that it is actually a wolf and it is not alone, prompting a long and brutal batle between the ShadowClan cats and the wolf pack.
