With high hopes.
He entered the College of Engineering.
Went to the Architecture department.
"You are here Rain?" Sig asked.
A friend from senior high.
Rain smiled and nodded at him.
"How I wonder how you passed the entrance exam" Sig is just kidding.
"You looked down on Rain again." Sky said.
His best friend since he knew him in senior high. They enrolled here at the same time.
"He is not dumb." Sky said.
"I am just joking" Sig said
"Are you having your monthly period you're too serious." Sig asked.
"Keep your mouth clean or wash it with bleach." Sky said.
"Too early to bicker." Rain said.
"Excuse me." A lady said.
Rain looked at her and smiled.
"Aw. You have a cute smile na. Are you a freshman?" The lady asked.
"Chay. I'm Rain" he said and handed out his hand for a hand shake.
The lady took it.
"Call me Pie." She said smiling also.
"Ehem. I'm Sig." Sig said and gently grabbed Pie's hand.
But Pie retrieved it.
"I'm Sky." Sky said waving his fingers and smiling genuinely.
"Are you taking up the Architect also?" Rain asked.
"Yes. Block A." Pie said.
"Aww we are block B." Sig said.
"It's okay we have joint subjects" Pie said.
"And we can hang up together or have lunch together." Pie suggested.
The new friends agreed.
"Freshmen"
A p' from Senior years.
All became silent and all attention are given to him.
"Line up according to your Courses. Papers will be given to you. Answer all items then give it to the assigned P's here "
The announcer said.
Sig offered his back to Pie so that she could write better.
The lady is shy but use Ig's back as table anyway.
"So what are we gonna choose." Rain asked.
"I want community services." Prepai asked.
"It says here we can change our minds in the middle of the hazing. I'll try the hazing first" Rain said.
"No Rain let's be together in the service." Sky said.
"No I wanna try hazing." Sky said.
Sky tried to check the box with Com. Service beside it, on Rain's paper. But Rain retrieved his paper.
"No we both should try hazing." Rain said
Also trying to put mark on Sky's paper.
They are like kids.
"You two seniors are coming." Sig warned them.
"Okay just try what you want and I'll do what I want." Sky said.
"Better." Rain said smiling.
Seniors pass by.
"Is that p' Phayu?" One of the freshmen asked.
Both Sky and Rain looked at the seniors.
They are in their uniforms.
"They look cool" Rain said.
"That's p' Phayu" Pie said excitedly.
