A month had passed since the girls' disappearance at Hogwarts, and Sebastian sought refuge in the quidditch pitch. Engaged in a thrilling match against Gryffindor. The rush of adrenaline that came with flying put Sebastian at ease, even briefly, and he was grateful for the temporary escape from reality. As one of the two beaters on the team, Imelda being the seeker.

Ominis sat at the stands, his ears fixed on the competition. He couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as he listened to how Sebastian was, a formidable competitor, took to the field. Seeking a way to alleviate his nerves, Ominis reached for the book he had brought along, its pages offering him a welcome escape from the intensity of the moment as he delved deeper into the brail on the page, a sense of calm and tranquility.

After a while, ominis found himself surrounded by other students who were laughing and whispering. He could sense their presence. However, the strong winds whipping through the area made it difficult for him to catch what they said. Suddenly, a loud voice cut through the chatter, "Let's see you dodge this, Imelda!" In response, Imelda deftly dodged a bludger that had been sent flying in her direction. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for ominis, as the ball was now hurtling straight toward ominis.

"ominis, look out! Leander, you prick!" Imelda was about to go after the bludger to stop it but felt a gush of wind past her, seeing Sallow pass her on the broom, and when at the right point, he swung the bat hitting the bludger away in time.

"ominis... are you ok? You didn't get hurt?" Sebastian turned to him, seeing the girls around him as if they were shielding Ominis. ominis felt slightly flustered by the situation, so he could only nod.

Sebastian landed nearby in the seating area and walked over to them as the girls moved away, practically googling over Sallow. Still, at that moment, Sebastian was more worried about ominis.

"Maybe today isn't a good day to finish practice..." he held out his hand, placing it on ominis arm.

"Don't fret over me," Sebastian spoke calmly to ominis. "I implore you to continue with today's practice without me. It's fine, and it won't be an obstacle for long. However, I won't allow you to put yourself in harm's way again because of that reckless individual in the red attire. We should gather your belongings and descend to the ground safely."

"So what? You'll run off with your lover now, sallow... pathetic."

Despite the leader's attempt to embarrass him, Sebastian remained composed and level-headed.

"At least I'm getting lucky. What do you have waiting for you after practice."

Sebastian hissed back with a chuckle. The other students laughed as Leander went red-faced, stumbling on his words, and soon left, flying off on his broom. ominis hid his face in his scarf. as he recalled the words Sebastian had just said, going a little red in the face himself.

Ominis walked beside him, his voice cracking slightly as he spoke. "Seb, you know you didn't need to do what you did."

Sebastian turned his head to look at him, patiently waiting for him to continue.

"I appreciate it all, but you didn't have to go to such lengths for me."

Sebastian sighed. "Look, I did it because you mean a lot to me. I may not always show it, but our friendship means something to me, and I don't want to ruin it. So, if going out of my way to help you out means we can keep our bond strong, I'll do it."

ominis nodded slightly, a small smile forming on his lips. "Thanks, Seb. I do appreciate it."

Sebastian smiled back, feeling a sense of warmth in his chest. Moments like these made him grateful for the people in his life.

That afternoon, Sebastian and ominis had snuck out to Felcroft in a small shack near Sebastian's family home, looking over the evening sky. The sun had set, the wind blowing through their hair as Sebastian sighed.

"We need to find them... find her..." Sebastian spoke softly as his brows knitted, still concerned about their well-being. ominis nodded as he agreed, placing the book he was reading down.

"It's been a month, and only now are the professors somewhat noticing I've. Been told that they were last seen on the edge of the forbidden forest, so let's lo..." ominis spoke as he sighed, frustrated on how things were going. They had been researching everything they could while working on their schooling.

Sebastian's sudden outburst caught Ominis off guard as he jumped to his feet and grabbed onto Ominis' wrist. "Wait, forbidden forest? Why didn't you mention that earlier?" he asked, his voice laced with concern. Ominis tried to remain calm and rationalize the situation.

"Sebastian, let's not act impulsively. The forbidden forest can be dangerous, and we don't know what we could be up against," he said, trying to ease Sebastian's anxiety. However, Sebastian's mind was set, and he was determined to find their friends as soon as possible.

"I understand your concern, but we don't know if they need our help. The girls are strong, but we can't leave anything to chance. Let's be brave and face whatever comes our way," Sebastian urged, his voice unwavering and determined.

Ominis couldn't help but admire Sebastian's bravery, but he couldn't help feeling uneasy.
