timothée couldn't take his eyes off his phone, his mouth hanging open, he didn't really know what to think. "still stalking your ex?" taylor russel asked with a soft laugh, taking a seat next to him.
the young man ran his hand through his hair, finally looking away from the tweet he had just seen, "she saw shawn today. he mumbled looking at taylor. "shawn mendes?" she exclaimed in surprise, "i didn't know they knew each other.."
timothée took one last look at pop base's tweet before closing the app, "they were very close when i got together with aly but with their respective albums and tours they lost sight of each other a bit. shawn had camilla and aly had me so i think the time available to see each other was limited for them.."
taylor watched the young man intently trying to hide her smile, she gently put her hand on his shoulder "from the messages you're exchanging I don't think she's moved on," she muttered, trying to reassure him.
"im not worried about that, im happy for her if she really reconnected with him," timothée whispered. "what kills me is that if we had been together, she would have told me about it and i would have liked to share her joy with her. »
taylor sighed quietly at the turn this conversation was taking, like so many about aly before, she was coming to the same conclusion. "but you are no longer together."
"i know but if when she's ready, she's changed so much that i can't recognize her.. what will we do?" timothée asked desperately.
"you'll learn to love her again," taylor said simply.
