"um im not sure if you gonna be able to stay." carlise started as he looked down to his desk " the treatiy only works if were all here not one but all"he finished

"your not understanding. im not asking im telling my mates are here. why do i have to leave just because edward does were not together anymore so i shouldnt have to follow him where ever he goes anymore." rory argued

"i understand but my hands are tied." carlise said

"thats bullshit and you know it. we should get a choice and not have to follow everytime we have to move. i know how not to be seen, i can stay on the res with sam and emily and i wont hunt on there lands ill hung on ours or go to alaska. i want to stay behind." rory said standing up from her chair and leaving the room. when she walked out she saw emmet and rose with there bags "where are you going?" rory asked

"were leaving for a while we need to get away from the edward and bella drama."rose said "ill call you when we get there and set up a room for you if you want to visit." rose said as she picked up her bag and headed to the garage

"okay." rory said as she watched them both climb into there cars and drive off. rory rushed to her room and grabbed her phone and call emily knowing sam would be on patrol. "hello?" came emily tired voice

"hi em im sorry to wake you but id sam back yet i need to ask a question."rory asked

"um yea he just walked through the door." emily responded then there was a shuffle on the line before a deep voice started talking "rory whats wrong?" sam asked

" they want to move and i dont want to go can i stay with you guys i know its sudden but i dont know what to do. rose and emmet just left and i dont wanna leave you two" rory whined

"um yea i dont see why not. do you need me to pick you up? and tomorrow we can talk to the council about you staying on this side and ill talk to the boys." sam said

"umm okay i don need help my stuff isnt gonna fit in my car but we cant do it tomorrow. you need sleep" rory said

"okay ill be by at ten." sam said then yawned at then end

" sweet dreams sammy give em a kiss for me" rory said then hung up.

rory looked around her room with sadness, she doesnt want to leave her family but she knows this is the only way she could be happy. she went into the storage closet and pulled out her suitcases and her trunk and began packing all of her clothes and shoes but leaving behind her gowns. rory went back into the closet and grabbed boxes and totes the family used when they put stuff in storage, she grabbed and began packing away her stuffed animals,sheets and gowns. rory pulled down her decor on her room and put it another bin having a feeling she would be back with her family one day and might want it. rory moved onto her shelf next putting her cd's into her trunk knowing she would want them soon along with her art supplies and putting her books in the bin for storage. it was dawn by time she finished packing and jasper came up for her storage bins, rory changed her clothes and looked around here bare pink room. she heard her family packing up the car to leave so she headed down to say goodbye. "im gonna miss you guys" rory said when she stepped in to the garage "im gonna miss you two sweetie i wish you were coming with us but i understand. i left my cook book on the counter for you to give to emily as a thank you for letting you stay there. and i expect you to answer your mother with i call" esme said as she pulled rory into a hug.

" im gonna miss you so much who else am i gonna dress up. im gonna try not and send you clothes so ill just keep them and when i see you next we can swap out you wardrobe okay" alice said as she pulled rory into a hug next. jasper walked up to rory with venom pulled in his eyes " im gonna miss you. you've been the best little sister ever and i know ill see you soon but i just want you to know that im gonna miss you and since we'll be apart and we cant do our usual with books i thought we could male them like a long distance book club.

"jas dont cry but okay we can. im gonna miss you guys and im gonna email if you change them make sure you give me the new ones and numbers. ill lock everything up and turn off the lights and close doors before i leave which will be soon. be careful and ill go hunting in alaska i think at then end of this week so ill see you guys soon." rory said to her family

rory watched as her family all piled into there cars and drive off leaving the only car in the garage her pink bug. rory grabbed the key off the hook and pulled her car out the garage and walked back in and locked it from the inside and put a lock on so no one could break in. she locked the door leading to the garage then went to her bedroom to bring her belongings down.once she was on her last bag she went into her siblings room to make sure everything was off and nothing was left behind once she did she closed there doors and moved to the down stairs. rory went and grabbed the cook book from the kitchen and did the same thing she did upstairs down stairs, she also checked the fridge to make sure esme cleaned it out. once she was done she heard sam walk into the house, "rory" he called out

"hey yea i was just grabbing the cook book my mom walked to gift emily. im ready theses are my things i can take some stuff and follow you back to the house." rory said

"okay ill take the trunk since its bigger then we'll add the suite cases" sam said as he began grabbing stuff and loading the truck. once all of rory's bags were in their cars rory locked the front door and as she walked to her car her mind was flooded with memories of the house over the years. she stopped at the last step and looked back and her home with tears in her eyes that would never fall.

the way i couldnt find the gif i wanted but anyway the end reminds me of the last episode of hannah montana lol
