"Ano na naman 'to?"
Although her face was covered with mask, I knew she was mad. Ano ba kasing masama? Gusto ko lang naman makita siyang nakangiti. Kahit sa mata lang.
For a long time, I know the pimples on her face have ruined her confidence. I hate it. And I know she's been using that mask to hide what's underneath. And I hate it more.
That's why every week, sinusubukan kong mapangiti siya. I know that Hershey's is something that could melt her every worry and fear away. She may not notice, but her eyes light up whenever she sees and tastes Hershey's.
It's a split-second moment I could repeatedly watch in my lifetime—her, smiling with her favorite.
Kaya kahit bumili pa ako ng Hershey's araw-araw, okay lang. Kahit umabot pa sa isanlibong Hershey's ang dapat ibigay ko sa kanya, I am more than willing—just to see her beautiful face and sweet smile.
