Chapter 4: First date 2

I was scrolling through my phone checking out ladies for Mr.CEO first date then I saw this blonde it seems she has been following, liking and maybe following Mr.CEO secretly do I message her using Mr.CEOs name I know it isn't right but that's why it's called matching making nothing feels right at the beginning
Me:Hi Stacey Evans right, I am the CEO of sound Mynd cooperation and I was wondering if we could you know have dinner tonight
I sent the message and then I realized that the message was just too stupid I was trying to delete the message when her reply popped up
"Oh good lord!"
Stacey: Stacey here, and I would love to have dinner with you tonight
I sighed in relief and replied
Me: sure, send me your address and I'll come pick you up at 7
I dropped the phone and I strolled to Mr.CEO office knocked then walked in
and met him looking so relaxed focused on paperwork .
" Uhm Mr.CEO .."
"Mh?"he said totally focused
"Will you look at me for a second?!"I asked "I don't need my eyes to hear you"he said and I sighed
"Your first date is tonight"I said and he looked at me
So now he can look at me. His eyes widened in shock and some hint of disbelief and suddenly I could see that he was nervous happens to the best of us I smiled mentally
I smiled widely
"It's gonna be with a pretty girl named Stacey Evans, she has always had a secret crush on you so try to flatter her, she's a huge sugar freak and loves
make up"I said and he was still staring at me with hints of nervousness in his eyes
"Don't worry Mr.CEO, I'll be there for you"I said and mustered up my warmest smile but all he did was continue with him paperwork
"You're so fucking arrogant" I whined "you don't even see my efforts to get you effing married"I said turning my back about to leave
"You're the match maker aren't you?!"he asked and I froze up, my body stiffened
I wanted to tell him but his mom said not to so as you expected I'm gonna have to lie
"I am not"I said and he stood up and was walking to me
I walked backwards as the intensity in his eyes increased and soon I fell on the couch and he was towering over me
"I don't like being lied to Miss Peters"he said looking into my eyes searching for an answer
"I'll give you one more chance to answer. Are you the match maker?"he asked once more and I was trying so hard not to flinch so I mustered up courage
"No!"I said so confidently
He creased his brows and slowly backed off leaving to his seat
"Do you have any plans for lunch?!"he asked
"Except from eating lunch,no.."I said
"So I can practice for my date tonight?"he asked
"With me?!"I asked and he looked at me
"Who else is here?!"

Lunch came by quickly so we went to a nice restaurant I ordered his meal and mine but I could tell he was anxious about the date
"It's gonna be fine Mr.CEO"I said"I promise" I added and smiled at him and he let out a sigh and started eating
"You didn't even ask for my name"I said starting the practice class already
and I finally saw him smile
He looked amazing, with that smile his eyes brightened and glimmered sending shivers down my spine I saw his mouth open to say something and I pursed my lips
"Fine Miss Peters.What is your name?!"
What!!,was he that bad no compliments, gestures, nothing!.
"You must be a very boring person!, can't you flirt even a lil'"I asked
"You said I should ask for your name and I did"he said and I face palmed mentally and groaned outwardly
"You're meant to add a compliment,act all chilvarious, open the door for her, get her flowers, open the car door for her"I was saying when he cut me off
"What?!, do I look like her driver?!"
I bursted into laughter and he just stared at me

I walked into my apartment after I had everything set up for Mr.CEOs  date.we decided that they would meet up at a restaurant while I was waiting for Aria, she called and said she would come and I had an hour before I get ready to accompany Mr.CEO so I could host my bestie
I took my bath brushed my teeth and put on a black sweater dress with black sneakers and I let my hair down
I dashed into the kitchen and plated the noodles now all I had to do was wait for Aria and the my phone beeped I checked and it was a message from Aria
Ariana: sorry boo I can't make it mum going for a blind date 😭 maybe next time 😉.
As expected Aria bailed on me and it was almost time for the date I needed someone to help me with eating all this noodles and frustration filled my face.
And yes I have a problem with wasting food and keeping left over it's weird right as we advance you'll get to know more weird things about me
I heard a knock on my door
"Come in!"I said out of frustration
and Mr.CEO walked in dressed in casual Dior designers and matching sneakers
He looked breath taking as his musculine physique were totally visible
I shook those thoughts away as I realized those two bowls of noodles aren't gonna eat themselves and since God decided to send me a helper I had to accept the help with open arms
"Why are you looking at me like that?"he asked
"I need your help"I said dashing into the kitchen and dashed back out with two full bowls of noodles with fried eggs and bacon sitting down
"These noodles won't eat themselves"I said
"I.."he was speechless
"My friend bailed on me"I said and he sat taking deep breath
"Shall we?!.."I asked and he nodded
        
              [40 minutes later]
We had scraped the plates and were full to our throats,we couldn't walk but we to force our selves to the car we both groaned in agony as the driver drove us to the restaurant
"Okay Mr.CEO , I'll be telling you what to do through the ear pod"I said he nodded and stepped out
"Good luck Mr.Charming "I said and he smiled confidently and walked into the restaurant
         [Mr.CEOs POV]
I smiled ear to ear to hear her call me charming really boosted my confidence and plus that name was so much better than Mr.CEO she normally calls me my thoughts were interrupted by her soft,silky,smooth voice from the earpod
"You must be Stacey Evans"I said repeating what Miss Peters said over the earpod
"Can I just call you handsome?!"Stacey asked
"You can call me whatever gorgeous"I said
Attah boy, your getting the hang of it
I heard Miss Peters say and I smiled
Now take her hand and give it a light kiss
What!
I didn't know I blurted out
"What's wrong"Stacey asked
"Nothing pretty"I said  and placed a light kiss on her knuckle and she blushed
"What would you like to have"I asked her knowing too well that the mountain in my belly hadn't been made low
She ordered for two and we sat eating quietly as I wasn't hearing anything from Miss Peters anymore I discretely paid the bills
"I'll be right back"I said and left for the car only to meet Miss Peters sleeping cutely and calmly make cute sounds in her sleep like an overfed baby. I smiled on seeing her like that so I entered the car and drove to my mansion

I walked into my mansion with Miss Peters in my arms I dropped her carefully on the bed not wanting to wake her up I watched her slowly and it seems she was having a nightmare
"Don't leave me mum"she kept on muttering "please don't go"she was muttering"MUM!"she yelled and jolted out of sleep. I rushed to her and I found myself hugging her and coaxing her
" shh ..., I'm here everything will be fine"I said slowly laying her back on the bed her arms encircled around my neck"Don't go..."she kept on muttering in her sleep I took her arms of my neck and was about getting up when she pulled me causing me to lay beside her and I fell asleep watching her sleep

    To my readers
At this ending part I was thinking of making them kiss but I thought it would be too soon for them so maybe I would try to make their first proper kiss together special and worth reading
