"Antonio nwas waiting us in front of his land to lead us to his house."

Antonio (Running towards my window to greet me): Hey pal, it's been a while since we saw each other, how could you finally managed it and came by.

I can't leave my patents, I hardly find some time to sleep, how're you doing?

Antonio ( Helping me getting out of the car): Not much, running this land. ( Giving a quick look at my friends) Hey guy's, I'm Antonio, I know Lisa I've met her few times in Alex's office (kissing her cheeks) we will get knowing each other while we're having lunch. (leading us to the living room.)

"After an Italian lunch made by Antonio's family, Matthew and Ann went to another direction to catch the past, Lisa and Isabella took Kayce to one of the house's rooms to let him sleep, Charlotte didn't feel well, so, she decided to stay in her room for the rest of the day, Antonio wanted to have a word with me so we went to his office."

Antonio (while he grabbing a bottle of drink): Do you want something to drink?

I had enough, maybe later, so, tell me what is that important thing that you want to talk about instead of enjoying the weather?

Antonio ( fell the glass of wine that he holds): I need you to own this land.

( Browsing the land from the window) And how is that?

Antonio ( Having a gulp of his wine): By buying it idiot.

This is in not gonna happen, I don't have that much of money, as you know I spend my fees day by day, I don't save.

Antonio ( searching in his books for the price that he's asking for): You don't need that much, I will sell it to you for the lowest price ever, even in the world war II, you can't have this price.

If you need money, I can give you some without buying your land.

Antonio: You know that I don't accept charity, please help me with that, you are the only person I trust in this country.

How much do you want for it?

Antonio: five million.

You kidding right!! I don't have this amount of money, you know that.

Antonio: You have a penthouse which worth more than that.

I can't sell it and move here.

Antonio: Why not? you can choose any of the three castles in this place to stay in and use the other two as a hotel or an office for giving your sessions?

I can't leave Virginia; I have roots there.

Antonio: You can travel by using the helicopter I have, you can have it with the purchase, it will take 30 minutes to be there, you will have it with the land, consider it as a good gesture.

Antonio ( Correcting his position to a nerd position) : I prepared myself for any question you are attending to ask.

It's not easy to take this decision that fast, I need few days to think and to consult with my accountant and the babysitter.

Antonio: The babysitter?! Why is that?

She treated my son like a mom and he feels the same.

Antonio: Okay then, take a month, and please don't let me sell it to a stranger.
