it was the next day. all the students, teachers and other family members gathered in the great hall again after deciding it was best they'd all had a break to process the events they were shown and prepare themselves for what harry had stated was, "his first year and when everything went to hell" his exact words.
the statement made the hall uneasy and professor mcgonagall was quick to suggest they pick this up the next day when everyone was refreshed.
after breakfast had been eaten and chairs had been transfigured into more comfortable seating, harry was quick to snatch the open seat on eden's left where his father sat yesterday.
seeing his seat taken by his own son and the other spot next to the hufflepuff girl taken by regulus and gemini who was sitting on her father's lap, james pouted towards eden who smiled amusingly at the situation.
eden pulled harry closer to her, leaving a small space on the full couch that james managed to squeeze himself in despite the protest of his own son as james muttered about 'betrayals' and 'eden being the favourite as always'.
ignoring the smug smile his father sent him when he finally managed to squeeze into the couch, not looking very comfortable might i add, harry rested his head on eden's shoulder and smiled towards percy who decided to sit at harry and eden's feet.

eerie music played through the screen as it showed an unidentifiable shadowed figure walking slowly down the hall of a dark home.
the hall quickly became quiet as they tensed, their hearts beating faster as the what seemed to be an intruder walked their way through the unknown home. after what they'd already seen, there was a high possibility they were going to witness another attack.
the creek of a door echoed through the hall as the shadowed figure slowly opened a door and crept in, trying not to make too much noise.
the music became louder and more intense as the figure grew closer to a bed that seemed to occupy someone.
the figure walked closer before jumping onto the bed and screaming, "happy birthday!!" waking up the sleeping person.
many people screamed, (sirius -though he would deny it) as the tense atmosphere was broken by the exclamation.
the bedroom light was turned on to reveal eden lying lazily on an older, sleepy-looking harry, who rubbed his eyes as his godmother grinned happily.
