Unlikely alliances form when the person controlling the Kanima takes Scott and Stiles hostage, and the Argents plan their revenge after a devastating loss, while Chloe finally meets the voice in her head and finds the truth beyond her magic.

Third Person POV

Having left the party at Lydia's house, Scott and Stiles immediately got to Stiles' house to try and explain to Noah what they know without exposing the supernatural. "So, this kid's the real killer?" Noah asks after they explain, drawing dramatically on Matt's picture in the yearbook to get their point across.

"Yeah." Stiles nods, sitting at his desk.

"No." Noah argues, shaking his head, not believing them.

"Yes!" Stiles groans.

"No." Noah says sharply, crossing his arms.

Stiles groans as he quickly stands up from his desk, "Dad, come on! Everybody knows that the police look for ways to connect victims in a murder, okay? So, all he had to do is, like, look through their transcripts and figure out which class they all had in common."

"Yeah, except for the fact that the rave promoter, Kara, wasn't in Harris' class." Noah points out.

"All right. Okay, you're right. Sorry. Then, I guess they dropped the charges against him?" Stiles asks sarcastically.

"No, you know what? They're not dropping the charges. But, that doesn't prove anything." Noah answers, irritated. "Scott, do you believe this?" He asks, interrupting Stiles as he tries to argue.

"Oh." Stiles groans out, offended.

"It's really hard to explain how we know this, but you just gotta trust us. We know it's Matt." Scott answers, sheepishly.

"Yeah, he took Harris' car, okay?" Stiles adds, "Look, he knew that if a cop found tire tracks at one of the murders, and that if enough of the victims were in Harris' class, that they'd arrest him."

Noah sighs, "All right, fine. I'll allow the remote possibility. But give me a motive. I mean, why would this kid want most of the 2006 swim team and its coach dead?"

"Isn't it obvious? Our swim team sucks! They haven't won in, like, six years!" Stiles gets a little over excited. He sighs when Noah glares at him, "Okay, we don't have a motive yet. I mean, come on, does Harris?"

"What do you want me to do?" Noah asks, giving in.

"We need to look at the evidence." Scott answers not thinking they'd get this far.

"Yeah, that would be in the station, where I no longer work." Noah says, scoffing.

"Trust me, they'll let you in." Stiles argues.

"Trust you?" Noah groans incredulously.

"Trust... Trust Scott...?" Stiles asks meekly, pointing to Scott behind him.

"Scott, I trust." Noah nods.

The three drive to the Sheriff's Station and head inside, "It's two in the morning..." The deputy at the desk points out.

"Believe me, I wouldn't be here if it wasn't extremely important." Noah apologizes.

"We look at the hospital stuff first, okay?" Stiles whispers quietly to Scott.

"Why?" Scott asks quietly.

"Because all the murders were committed by Jackson, except for one. You remember?" Stiles points out.
