The next day I walked to Jessica's house so we can walk to school together. when I got to her porch another women opened the door. She had Brown and black hair like Jessica's and looked as if she was in her late thirties. She had a long black dress on and some flats. I'm guessing this is Jessica's mother
" Hello, I'm Leo and I'm here to pick up Jessica " I said while shaking her hand
" Well come on in she is just putting her things in her bag she will be down in a second " She told me every so sweetly. Then I heard footsteps coming from the top of the stairs
" Hey mom have u seen my.... Leo... hi " She said nervously trying to fix her hair
" Hi you almost ready to leave " I said with a smile
" Yea I am" she answered. With that I said good bye to her mom and was about to leave until a manly voice called Jessica
" yes daddy" Jessica said angrily
" Where are you going an who is he" he said rather rudely and making me mad, very mad that he is even talking to my mate like that. But I kept it in I didn't want her father to think I was a bad person and I wasn't good enough for Jessica
" Good morning to you to daddy, I'm going to school and this is Leo " When she said my name she smiled which made me smile
" Nice to meet you sir. " I sad while holding my hand out to shake his. He was a bit hesitant at first then he shook my hand
harshly and squeezing my hand a bit tightly telling me to take car of her. When he finally let go Jessica an I walked out
" Sorry about that " she apologized
" Its fine I just think your father don't like me " I said she laughed and looked at me then said
" You haven't meet my brother Mason yet" she replied
" Don't worry he is nice " she said
" I bet he is " I said sarcastically. She hit my arm playfully
