When the guardian opened his eyes he wasn't in the room he had; Instead all he saw was darkness. He quickly sat up to look around the room he was in but soon realized this wasn't a room at all, he was in a void perhaps. Nothing was there, all he could see was was a checkered floor; the white tiles had a bright glow contrasting against all of the darkness around them. Numbness had control of his body.

He looked around a bit before standing up his body swayed a bit before regaining its full control as he stood up straight and fixed his clothing. He felt like something watching him or more like looming over him, he didn't trust it one bit. He took a few steps forward before looking behind him, he could see a vague outline of a tubby; a bright screen and smile stared at him. He flinched a bit and took more steps forward but did not dare to look away from whatever the shadowy being was. "Don't be afraid now I brought you here for a reason Guardian...or should I call you Walten." The being grinned but hostility was absent the posture was more passive. "Lemme guess I need to look like you current mortals for you to even slightly trust me you hypocrite." The shadow said crossing his arms from what he could tell form the glow from the tiles. "What do you mean by calling me a hypocrite..?"

The shadow smiled faced to a more shocked expression but soon smiled again. "Ah, so you don't realize you aren't disguised in this void." The guardian stared in silents. "What?" The shadow shrugged a bit bit. "You know what but I'll end this conversation swiftly since you have to awaken soon; we can talk more next time. However just note I'm willing to help you Walten; I'm no villain I have everyone survival in my best interest."

The guardian stared up at the figure before much more was said. "I can explain next time in a form you might be more comfortable around!" The shadow kept their grin before the Guardian blacked out.

Once he sat up again he was back in his room as he looked out the window it was nighttime and there was a commotion outside his room but he didn't budge. His body was to exhausted to care or listen before he laid down again just questioning what happened in that liminal space.
