The Guardian got up and walked around the quiet base due to the late time everyone supposedly being asleep or at least in there rooms. He sighed and stepped into the cafeteria like area; empty. He huffed a bit and sat down in a chair thinking.

His mind left to ponder against that realm that shadow being. Was it all a dream; he felt awake, he knew everything he was doing there. It just made him ponder more about it. He let a groan out and looked at the ceiling. The lights off but that didn't effect his vision. He saw perfectly well in his exposed eye.

His head twisted with thoughts all conflicting. He looked around his eyes landed on the coffee machine. He always found caffeine calmed his mind he knew he's grew a addiction to caffeine but he didn't care it's what got him through the days. He stood up from his chair and walked over to the machine. Looking down at his hands.

He hummed with the machines hum; resting his eyes. When the machine halted. He sighed standing up taking the mug and just took it and took a sip from it. It was bitter but he didn't mind it. He wanted it like that. He flicked his ear when he heard movement in the hall. He turned his head to see who was there.

It was Lenny whom he met long ago; his red eyes locked with his. "Why at you awake at this time Snowball-?" the male asking with a demanding tone. "Getting coffer. Why are you up-?" The Guardian responded with a calmer tone of voice borderlining a monotone. Lenny sighed a bit before he grabbed a cup and filled it with water. "To get a drink that isn't gonna keep me up all night-" He stared before drinking the water. Walten adjusted his sight on the indigo tubby. "I don't need to rest anymore; and if I do I'll pass out without warning so nothing to worry. That has been my sleep cycle for years now." He softly spoke; to where Lenny blinked."I'm just gonna ignore that you shouldn't be as functional as you are then." Lenny said as he sat on a table placing the cup down.

The Guardian rubbed his eye and shot down the rest of his coffee. "Shouldn't you go rest? You have a job to do am I wrong..?" Lenny gave the Guardian as shrug to his question. "Can't rest so I got water." He looked at the water and leaned back. "Besides I don't need that many hours of sleep." Lenny stated crossing his arms. Walten nodded a bit. "That's fair but you should go rest soon; since energy in the apocalypse. Also since how long would food supplies last?"

Lenny fixed his glasses and looked at the Guardian. "I'll deal with it when it comes to the time." Walten nodded a bit and watched the other. "I'll leave you be then." The Guardian spoke before walking out of the room. Lenny crossed his arms fixing his glasses. "What a odd tubby..." he mumbled before going back to his own room.
